Elite PDI Perjuangan Hadiri Sidang Hasto Kristiyanto sebagai Terdakwa dalam Kasus Dugaan Suap

JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS –Sidang yang menjerat Sekjen PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto sebagai terdakwa dalam kasus dugaan suap dan perintangan penyidikan kasus Harun Masiku mulai memasuki agenda pemeriksaan para saksi. Sidang digelar di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (17/4/2025).

Dalam dakwaannya Hasto disebut menyuap komisioner KPU RI dalam proses Pergantian Antar Waktu (PAW) dan merintangi penyidikan kasus Harun Masiku. Hasto disebut menyuap komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan, sebesar SGD57.350 atau setara Rp600 juta, serta dugaan perintangan penyidikan, yang menyebutkan Hasto melakukan serangkaian upaya seperti mengumpulkan beberapa saksi terkait Masiku dengan mengarahkan para saksi agar tidak memberikan keterangan yang sebenarnya.

Para saksi yang dijadwalkan hadir oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) pada persidangan adalah mantan Ketua KPU Arief Budiman, mantan komisioner KPU Wahyu Setiawan dan  mantan anggota Bawaslu RI Agustiani Tio Fridelina. Namun sayang saksi Agustiani Tio Fridelina tidak terkonfirmasi hadir.

Diketahui Wahyu Setiawan dan Agustiani Tio Fridelina dijerat sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan suap Harun Masiku, telah disidangkan dan telah selesai menjalani proses hukuman. Dalam persidangan Wahyu mengakui menerima Rp150 juta dari saksi Agustiani Tio Fridelina.

”Terkait uang itu yang nawarin Tio (Agustiani Tio Fridelina -red) apa sebaliknya?,” tanya JPU.

“Kalo seingat saya, saya tidak pernah meminta,” jawab Wahyu.

Dalam keterangan Wahyu, dirinya ditawarkan oleh saksi Tio yaitu dana operasional, yang dijanjikan sebesar SGD38 ribu. Namun wahyu mengakui hanya satu kali mendapat Rp150 juta.

“saya tidak tahu persis jumlahnya , yang saya ingat terima sekitar Rp150 juta dalam bentuk dolar Singapura, tempatnya di Pejaten Village, persisnya saya lupa, sekitar tanggal 19 Desember 2019,” ujar wahyu.

“Selain Tio, ada siapa saja disitu?,” cecar JPU.

“Ada Saeful Bahri,” jawab Wahyu.

Nampak sejumlah elite PDI Perjuangan tampak hadir menyaksikan persidangan Hasto, mantan Capres Ganjar Pranowo,Djarot Saiful Hidayat, Deddy Yevri Sitorus, Guntur Romli, dan Ono Surono. Sesaat sebelum sidang dimulai, Ganjar kepada awak media mengatakan dukungan kepada Hasto.

“Oh iya, kita selalu dukung. Semangat Mas Hasto, bisa menghadapi ini dengan lancar dan tegar,” ucap Ganjar yang mengenakan setelan warna hitam.

Hasto didakwa melanggar Pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf a atau Pasal 13 UU Tipikor juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP juncto Pasal 54 ayat (1) KUHP. Selain itu, ia juga didakwa melanggar Pasal 21 UU Tipikor juncto Pasal 65 ayat (1) KUHP.
