Dani menyemangati para pelajar Pemali Boarding School yang merupakan penerima beasiswa pendidikan dari PT Timah. Dalam kesempatan ini, Dani berbagi inspirasi dengan para pelajar tentang pentingnya memiliki mimpi besar dan tidak membatasi diri dalam meraih cita-cita.
“Saya ingin lihat 20 tahun lagi anda jadi leader di bidang masing-masing, belajar kepempimpinan, modal kepemimpinan itu disiplin, jujur dan punya value, value kita ada tinggal kita keluarkan dan dikembangkan. Tidak semua harus pinter fisika tapi harus tahu,” kata Dirut, di Asrama Pemali, Kamis (24/4/2025).
Ia menekankan latar belakang bukanlah halangan untuk meraih kesuksesan, asalkan dibarengi dengan kerja keras, disiplin, dan tekad yang kuat.
“Hari ini tidak ada yang mustahil, hari ini kalian ada di chapter belajar. Setiap dari kalian punya value besar, belajarnya boleh di Pemali tapi wawasannya global. Dunia ini luas, dan peluang terbuka untuk mereka yang mau berusaha,” sambungnya.
Menurutnya, para pelajar yang diterima dalam Program Pemali Boarding School merupakan para siswa terpilih yang telah mengikuti serangkaian tes.
“Anda itu orang-orang high potensi harus dimotivasi agar keluar. Memotivasi diri, berjuang dengan segment saat ini di segemen belajar, tentukan purpose tentukan nilai diri anda dan kembangkan. Jangan pernah takut untuk bermimpi, sekolahnya boleh di Pemali tapi Mindsetnya harus global. Jangan batasi mimpi anda, mulailah untuk membuka mimpi,” pesannya
Dalam kesempatan ini, Direktur Sumber daya Manusia PT Timah Hendra Kusuma Wardana juga memotivasi para siswa harus memiliki values.
“Pernah dengar Indonesia Emas 2045, anda ini adalah calon-calon pemimpin di masa depan. Valuenya cara kita bagiamana mencapai Indonesia Emas 2045,” katanya.
Melalui kegiatan ini, PT Timah berharap dapat menumbuhkan semangat optimisme dan kepercayaan diri pada generasi muda, sehingga mereka bisa menjadi agen perubahan di masa depan.
Di Pemali Boarding School PT Timah, para pelajar tidak hanya berfokus pada kegiatan akademis, tapi juga didik secara mental dan spiritual, mengasah soft skill serta nilai-nilai leadership.
Salah satu siswa yang hadir dalam kegiatan ini, Ahmad Harlan mengatakan dirinya merasa sangat senang dengan motivasi yang disampaikan Direktur Utama PT Timah.
“Banyak nilai-nilai yang bisa kita tiru dan tentunya ini menambah semangat saya, karena semuanya bisa dicapai kalau kita tekad, bekerja keras dan terus berusaha dengan versi terbaik,” ucapnya.
