PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM – Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama (Kanwil Kemenag) Bangka Belitung menggelar rukyatul hilal awal Ramadhan 1446 H/2025 M di Kota Pangkalpinang, Tower Bank Sumsel Babel yang menjadi lokasi perdana untuk kegiatan ini. Jumat,(28/2)
Kepala Kanwil Kemenag Bangka Belitung, Masmuni, menjelaskan bahwa pemilihan lokasi ini berbeda dari kebiasaan sebelumnya, yang biasanya dilakukan di beberapa pantai.
“Ini adalah pilihan yang di luar kebiasaan karena biasanya di beberapa pantai, baik tidak pernah berhasil melihat,” ujar Masmuni.
Proses rukyatul hilal di Pangkalpinang difasilitasi oleh Bank Sulsel. Saat proses pengamatan, posisi hilal masih menunggu sekitar 11 menit setelah matahari terbenam. Masmuni menekankan bahwa hasil rukyatul hilal ini akan ditentukan melalui sidang isbat yang digelar pemerintah malam ini.
“Agama dan pemerintah tentu harus mengikuti keputusan pemerintahannya sidang isbat malam ini,” tegasnya.
Masmuni juga menyampaikan informasi dari beberapa lokasi lain seperti Sulawesi Utara dan Gresik, yang melaporkan bahwa hilal tidak terlihat jelas. Namun, ia menekankan bahwa keputusan akhir tetap menunggu hasil sidang isbat.
“Tetapi kan ini kita tidak langsung mengambil keputusannya, Allah kan beda-beda atas untuk kemudian bisa memberikan kepastian ketentuan terakhirnya ya Aceh yang paling memungkinkan tetapi itu kan belum juga terlihat,” jelasnya.
Ia menambahkan bahwa pemerintah, termasuk Kemenag, akan terus memantau hingga hilal terlihat.
“Berarti besok belum tentu puasa kalau tidak terlihat tapi kan kita yakin bahwa Allah sebagai kepala pemerintah untuk Bangka Belitung di bulan Ramadan tahun ini,” katanya.
Masmuni berharap masyarakat Bangka Belitung dapat menyambut Ramadhan dengan tradisi yang matang dan rapi. Ia juga mengajak masyarakat untuk menjadikan Ramadhan sebagai momentum memperkuat persaudaraan.
“Saya kira masyarakat Bangka Belitung dengan berbagai tradisi menyambut Ramadhan yang saya kira lebih matang ya meskipun ada anak-anak juga ternyata lebih rapi dan kita berharap ini menjadi awal yang baik sehingga pelaksanaan bulan puasa Ramadan tahun 1446 Hijriyah ini benar-benar dijadikan satu momentum untuk semakin menguatkan persaudaraan baik persaudaraan antar Iman persaudaraan antar sosial kemasyarakatan terutama juga persaudaraan dalam konsep kebangsaan,” ungkapnya.
“Tentu dalam konteks keagamaan pasti itu sudah tidak bisa lagi ditolak karena masyarakat kita begitu familia jadi harapan saya Mari memaknai Ramadhan ini menyambutnya dengan Riang gembira menyenangkan dan menenangkan seperti halnya masyarakat melayu yang memang betul-betul memiliki kesamaan,” tutupnya.
