Terungkap PT Menara Cipta Mulia dan PT Venus Inti Perkasa Melakukan Produksi Tapi Tidak Menjual Hasil Pelogamannya

JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS-Mantan Kepala Dinas ESDM Bangka Belitung mengakui PT Menara Cipta Mulia dan PT Venus Inti Perkasa melakukan pelogaman tapi tidak melakukan penjualan dan tidak diketahui kemana hasil produksi mereka simpan. Kamis,(10/10) di Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta

Amir Sahbana saat dikonfirmasi ketua majelis hakim menanyakan beberapa hal yang sudah di BAP tapi malah tidak diakui olehnya

“Saya tidak mengakui beberapa pasal dalam BAP karena tidak mengatahui karena DO itu untuk ekspor batu bara,”ungkap Amir Sahbana

Selajutnya ketua majelis hakim bertanya kenapa ini bisa anda tandatangani tapi di BAP ini anda setujui, kenapa bisa begitu
“Kalau BAP ini salah dan bukan dari anda kenapa anda tandatangani,”tanya hakim ketua

“Mungkin karena saat itu pemeriksaannya malam, bisa karena lelah atau sudah mengantuk jadi saya tidak periksa lagi dan langsung tandatangani,”tegas Amir

Selanjutnya hakim anggota menanyakan disini ada 4 perusahaan tersebut adalah PT Refined Bangka Tin (RBT),  PT Arta Cipta Langgeng, PT Mitra Stania Prima dan  PT Menara Cipta Mulia ternyata tidak memenuhi syarat dalam mendapatkan rencana kerja anggaran biaya (RKAB)

Berdasarkan data berita acara pemeriksaan berdasarkan keterangan saksi. Dengan tegas dan jelas bahwa dari 4 perusahan tersebut ternyata PT Menara Cipta Mulia dan PT Venus Inti Perkasa melakukan proses pelogaman tapi tidak pernah melaporkan realisasi penjualan logam timah kepada Esdm

“Ia benar pak PT MCM dan PT VIP melakukan pelogaman, tapi saya tidak tahu hasil pelogaman tersebut dijual kemana,” jawab Amir

“PT Menara Cipta Mulia dan PT Venus Inti perkasa melakukan pelogaman tapi tidak melakukan penjualan,buat apa mereka produksi,,” tanya hakim anggota

“Saya tidak tahu pak,”jawab Amir

Selajutnya hakim anggota kemabali menanyakan  pada poin 22 dalam BAP saksi, juga menegaskan dan menyebutkan bahwa ada 6 perusahan yang mendapatkan persetujuan RKAB tapi  mereka tidak memiliki smelter ,cadangan mineralnya harus diverifikasi oleh CPI

Hakim kembali bertanya kepada saksi Amir Sahbana apakah saudara tau enam perusahaan yang disetujui yaitu, PT. Prima Multi Karya, PT Arta Prima Nusa Jaya, PT Bumi Hero Perkasa, PT Fortuna Tunas Mulia dan PT Sinar Mutiara Sejahtera, Kelima perusahaan menjual produksi kemana
