Pj Wako Budi Utama Dukung Penuh Studi Tiru SDN 1 Pangkalpinang ke Bangkok, Langkah Strategis Tingkatkan Kompetensi Guru

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Sejumlah guru dan tenaga kependidikan SD Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang akan bertolak ke Bangkok, Thailand untuk melakukan studi tiru meningkatkan kompetensi dan mengadopsi sistem pembelajaran ke Sekolah Indonesia Bangkok.

Studi tiru akan dikuti sebanyak 28 orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, pengawas, hingga kepala bidang di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Pangkalpinang. Rencananya kunjungan tersebut dilakukan selama lima hari mulai 1 sampai dengan 5 November 2024.

Kepala Sekolah SD Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang, Ishak menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan studi tiru merupakan upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi, pengembangan profesionalisme guru, dan membangun kolaborasi dengan sekolah yang ada di Bangkok.

“Untuk peningkatan kemudian branchmark kami untuk mengadopsi membandingkan dan mengimplementasi kurikulum merdeka jadi akan kami adopsi antara yang ada di Indonesia dengan Thailand kemudian penyelesaian kurikulum lokal pembelajaran inklusif dan berkesinambungan, ” ungkapnya.

Sementara Pj Wali Kota Pangkalpinang, Budi Utama mengapresiasi dan mendukung inisiasi SD Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang yang akan melakukan studi tiru ke Bangkok, Thailand.

Budi menuturkan bahwa kunjungan tersebut sangat berguna sebab dapat memotivasi tenaga pendidik lainnya dalam mempersiapkan program-program pembelajaran bagi siswa ke depan.
