Nekad Simpan 9,39 Gram di Pondok Kebun, Pemuda Asal Keretak Diamankan Polisi

SUNGAI SELAN,PERKARANEWS – Pemuda asal Desa Keretak Atas, Kec. Sungai Selan, Kab. Bangka tengah berinisial DS (20), diringkus aparat Polres Bangka Tengah oleh Tim Opsnal Satresnakoba Bangka Tengah, setelah terciduk menggunakan narkoba. Dari tangan pelaku disita sabu-sabu seberat 9,39 gram.

Kasi Humas Polres Bangka Tengah, IPDA Erwin Syahri, mewakili Kapolres Bangka Tengah AKBP Pradana Aditya Nugraha, SH., SIK, menjelaskan dari laporan masyarakat pemuda berinisial DS itu berhasil diamankan oleh Tim Opsnal Sat Resnakoba di Jl. Perkuburan Risek Desa Keretak Atas, Kec. Sungai Selan, Kab. Bangka tengah (17/7/2024) sekitar pukul 17.30 WIB.

“Tim berhasil mengamankan seorang pemuda inisial DS (20tahun) di sebuah pondok kebun Jl. Perkuburan Rirek Desa Keretak Atas kec. Sungaiselan kab. Bangka tengah,” pungkas Erwin.

Kasi Humas menguraikan penangkapan tersebut bermula dar informasi adanya penyalahgunaan narkoba yang diterima polisi.

“Kemudian dari hasil introgasi anggota berhasil menemukan sabu seberat 9,39gram yang dibungkus dengan plastik bening didalam kantong plastik hitam dan dilapisi plastik warna putih yang di sembunyikan di bawah pondok kebun dan beserta barang bukti lainnya,” terang Ipda Erwin.

Dari peristiwa tersebut barang bukti yang ditemukan berupa :
– 2 (dua) paket sedang yang di duga narkotika jenis sabu yang di bungkus dengan plastik strip bening;
– 29 (dua puluh sembilan) paket kecil yang diduga narkotika jenis sabu yang dibungkus dengan plastik strip bening.
– 29 (dua puluh sembilan) buah potongan sedotan plastic;
– 1 (satu) buah timbangan berwarna hitam dengan merk constant;
– 1 (satu) bal plastik strip bening;
– 1 (satu) buah kantong plastik berwarna hitam;
– 1 (satu) buah kantong plastik berwarna putih;
– 1 (satu) buah pirex yang terbuat dari kaca;
– 1 (satu) buah kotak bekas minuman;
– 1 (satu) unit handphone.

Atas perbuatannya terhadap tersangka patut diduga melanggar Pasal 114 ayat (2) atau Pasal 112 ayat (2) UU RI No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika.(Ivan)
