Bamsoet Apresiasi Gelaran HOGERS Indonesia Drag Race of National Event 2

JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS – Ketua MPR RI sekaligus Wakil Ketua Umum Partai Golkar dan Ketua Umum Ikatan Motor Indonesia (IMI) Bambang Soesatyo mengapresiasi keberhasilan HOGERS Indonesia Drag Race of National Event 2 (HI- DRONE2), di Community Park, Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, pada 17-18 Mei 2024. Balapan drag race/balap trek lurus, ketangkasan dan keterampilan menggunakan Harley Davidson yang diselenggarakan komunitas Harley Davidson, HOGERS Indonesia.

“Melanjutkan kesuksesan pada acara serupa di tahun 2023 lalu, HI-DRONE seri ke-2 ini kembali menggabungkan dua trek lomba yang diadakan dalam dua event berbeda, yaitu 201 dan 402 sedangkan total jarak panjang sirkuit yang dipergunakan adalah 900 meter,” ujar Bamsoet di Jakarta, Minggu (19/5/2024).

Hadir antara lain Deputi Wakil Ketua Umum Hubungan Antar Lembaga IMI Pusat Erwin MP, serta Direktur HOGERS Indonesia Yudi Djadja.

Ketua DPR RI ke-20 dan mantan Ketua Komisi III DPR RI bidang Hukum, HAM, dan Keamanan ini menjelaskan, sebelum mengikuti perlombaan, semua peserta diwajibkan mengikuti peraturan yang sudah ditetapkan oleh pelaksana HI-DRONE seri ke-2. Yaitu melakukan scrutineering atau tahap pemeriksaan menyeluruh, setiap peserta juga wajib memiliki KIS (Kartu Izin Start) yang dikeluarkan IMI termasuk penggunaan safety gear.

“Kelas yang dipertandingkan antara lain bracket (16, 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10 dan 09), type twin cam (Sporster Non S, Softail, Dyna, Touring), type Milwaukee 8 (Sportster S, Cruiser, dan Touring), serta Free For All (FFA) untuk semua tipe Harley Davidson dan FAST (Free All Self Throttle) untuk semua tipe,” jelas Bamsoet.

Sebagaimana prinsip HOGERS Indonesia melalui semangat Stand For Unity, yang berdiri diatas persatuan, kesetaraan, saling menghormati, tidak membedakan warna kulit, agama, suku, ras, gender, senioritas, maupun club.

“HI-DRONE seri ke-2 juga kembali menumbuhkan ekonomi masyarakat melalui industri UMKM karena melibatkan banyak bengkel dan usaha jasa pengangkutan motor yang terlibat (towing). Termasuk mengajak para pelaku UMKM kuliner yang tergabung dalam komunitas BARBAZAR untuk berpartisipasi membuka stand usaha di lokasi acara,” pungkas Bamsoet.(Yuko)
