PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Tim gabungan Ditresnarkoba Polda Bangka Belitung dan Sat Res Narkoba Polres Bangka Barat berhasil menangkap dua orang kurir narkoba di Kabupaten Bangka Barat beberapa waktu lalu.
Tak tanggung-tanggung, dari tangan pelaku, Tim berhasil mengamankan 35 Kilogram narkoba jenis sabu.
Demikian hal tersebut disampaikan Kapolda Bangka Belitung Irjen Pol Tornagogo Sihombing saat Konferensi Pers yang berlangsung di Lobi Mapolda Babel, Selasa (26/3/2024) sore.
Kapolda mengatakan kedua pelaku yang diamankan yakni Handika alias Dika (26) warga Tempilang Utara, Kecamatan Tempilang, Kabupaten Bangka Barat dan Sien Alias Sien (27) warga Sungai Somor, Kecamatan Cengal, Kabupaten Ogan Komering ilir, Provinsi Sumsel.
“Benar, kita berhasil melakukan penangkapan dua pengedar narkoba di pelabuhan Tanjung Kalian Mentok Kabupaten Bangka Barat pada Jumat (22/3/2024) sekitar pukul 06.00 Wib,” kata Tornagogo.
Pengungkapan kasus sendiri, kata Kapolda, berawal dari adanya laporan terkait pengiriman narkoba jenis sabu dari Provinsi Aceh ke Pulau Bangka.
Menurut Tornagogo, modus pelaku yakni membawa dan menjadi kurir barang diduga narkotika jenis shabu secara bersama-sama dan mengambil diduga narkotika di perbatasan Aceh Timur dengan Aceh Utara.
“Kemudian narkoba dibawa ke pulau Bangka dengan menggunakan mobil. Pelaku mengaku diperintah oleh seseorang berinisial FR dan dijanjikan uang 70 Juta sebagai imbalannya,” tutur Tornagogo.
Jenderal Bintang Dua Polri ini juga menerangkan 35 kilogram sabu yang dibawa pelaku tersebut dibungkus dengan kemasan Teh Cina warna hijau dengan Berat 35.685 Gram.
Selain itu, Tim juga berhasil mengamankan 2 buah Karung warna putih, 2 unit handphone, Uang tunai 1,3 juta rupiah serta 1 unit mobil yang digunakan oleh kedua pelaku.
Mantan Wairwasum ini juga mengungkapkan harga barang bukti narkotika yang diamankan ini senilai 35 Milyar dan menyelamatkan 140 ribu jiwa manusia. (Yuko)
