Fraksi PDIP Dukung Pemerintah Untuk Masyarakat Memilik Kepastian Hukum Dalam Pertanahan

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Pangkalpinang, Endang kristiani dari Fraksi Partai PDIP menyetujui ke tiga Raperda yang diajukan oleh Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Pangkalpinang, dalam rapat sidang paripurna ke 12 masa persidangan II Tahun 2024 DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang di ruang sidang paripurna, Senin (4/3/2024).

Dalam rangka menyampaikan pandangan umum Fraksi terhadap 3 Raperda Kota Pangkalpinang sebagai berikut:

1. Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Kota Pangkalpinang tentang registrasi surat tanah;

2. Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Kota Pangkalpinang tentang kota layak anak;

3. Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Kota Pangkalpinang tentang perubahan kedua atas peraturan daerah Nomor 13 tahun 2016 tentang penyelenggara perhubungan di Kota pangkal pinang.

“Dalam pandangan umum Fraksi terhadap Raperda Pangkalpinang ini tak lupa kami ucapkan terimakasih atas waktu yang telah diberikan kepada kami Fraksi PDIP. Fraksi PDIP pada prinsipnya menyampaikan. Raperda yang telah dibahas dan disusun, tentu dalam penyelenggaraan suatu sistem pemerintah daerah akan lebih baik jika didukung dengan kepastian hukum salah satunya dengan Raperda,” ungkapnya.

Dalam kesempatan ini Fraksi PDI Perjuangan pada prinsipnya menyampaikan Perda yang telah dibahas dan disusun tentu dalam penyelenggaraan suatu sistem pemerintah daerah akan lebih baik jika didukung dengan kepastian hukum salah satunya dengan Peraturan Daerah atau Perda berdasarkan surat pimpinan DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang Nomor 170 dari 569/DPRD/2/2024 pada tahun 26 Februari 2024 perihal pemerintahan penyusunan pandangan umum menyampaikan beberapa pandangan.

“Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Kota Pangkalpinang tentang registrasi surat tanah dalam rangka perbaikan tata kelola pencatatan dan atau pendaftaran tanah di wilayah Kota Pangkalpinang maka dirasa perlu dirasa perlu dibuatkan suatu peraturan yang mengingat untuk kepentingan pemerintah serta masyarakat di Kota Pangkalpinang,” tegasnya.

Selanjutnya Endang menegas pada konteks secara Perda, mendukung upaya pemenuhan pelayanan tertib administrasi pertanahan yang tentu perlu dimuat dalam substansi sebagaimana ketentuan yang tertuang dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 7 Tahun 1979 tentang catur tertib pertanahan.

“Perlu kami tekankan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah wajib menjadikan pelopor akuntabilitas bagi masyarakat terutama pada sektor registrasi tanah yang tentu saja sangat berpotensial menjadi konflik di tengah-tengah masyarakat Kota Pangkalpinang,” tutupnya. (Yuko)
