BANGKA,PERKARANEWS — Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) melalui Bawaslu Kabupaten Bangka memproses laporan dugaan kecurangan penggelembungan suara ataupun penggembosan suara pemilihan legislatif terhadap Calon Legislatif (Caleg) Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Bangka Belitung Daerah Pilih (Dapil) Bangka.
Berkas laporan segera dilimpahkan ke forum Penegakan Hukum Terpadu (Gakkumdu).
“Sudah kita tindaklanjuti dari kajian awal materil dan formil sudah terpenuhi” Kata Ketua Bawaslu Kabupaten Bangka, Sugesti, Jumat (1/3/2024).
Sugesti mengatakan laporan tersebut akan ditindak lanjuti, selanjutnya laporan tersebut akan ditangani oleh sentra Gakkumdu Kabupaten Bangka.
“Atas Laporan saudara terkait dengan dugaan pengembosan dan penggelembungan suara di beberapa Kecamatan akan kami proses sesuai dengan mekanisme Penanganan Pelanggaran dengan melakukan Klarifikasi pada beberapa pihak untuk pembuktian,” ujarnya
Diketahui, sebelumnya Bawaslu Kabupaten Bangka menerima laporan salah satu Caleg DPRD Provinsi Bangka Belitung Dapil 6 atau Dapil Kabupaten Bangka, Andi Kusuma, pada Selasa (27/2/2024), melaporkan dugaan kecurangan pada pelaksanaan Pemilu 2024, dimana terjadi Penggelembungan dan Penggembosan suara di 3 Kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Bangka.
Dalam laporan tersebut diduga kecurangan dilakukan oleh Oknum saksi partai dan Oknum KPPS yang terjadi di beberapa TPS yang ada di 3 Kecamatan, yakni Kecamatan Belinyu, Puding Besar dan Mendo Barat.
“Kami Menduga kecurangan ini dilakukan oleh oknum saksi partai dan okum KPPS di beberapa TPS Kecamatan Belinyu, Puding besar maupun Mendobarat. Mungkin atas laporan pagi ini berharap pihak Bawaslu Kabupaten Bangka bisa menindak lanjuti dengan laporan serta pembuktian dan keterangan saksi yang kami miliki agar penegakan hukum bisa dilakuan secara objektif dan juga penyelanggara pemilu berjalan dengan baik,” kata Andi Kusuma Caleg DPRD Provinsi Bangka Belitung Dapil 6, Kabupaten Bangka.
