BANGKA,PERKARANEWS — Calon Legislatif (Caleg) Provinsi Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil) Kabupaten Bangka dari Partai PDI Perjuangan, Andi Kusuma kembali melayangkan laporan terhadap dua orang saksi partai yakni berinisial AR dan DF ke Bawaslu Bangka, pada Rabu (6/3/2024). Laporan tersebut buntut dugaan telah terjadi kecurangan yang terdiri dari penggelembungan suara yang melibatkan saksi partai.
“Kami menduga telah terjadi kecurangan yang terdiri dari penggelembungan suara yaitu pemindahan suara partai ke salah satu caleg dan penggembosan suara dari satu calon legislatif ke suara partai ” Kata Kata kuasa hukum Andi Kusuma, Budiyono, Rabu (6/3/2024).
Melalui kuasa hukumnya, Budiyono mengatakan, laporan tersebut dilayangkan lantaran adanya dugaan ketidak berimbangan oknum saksi partai yang dianggap telah membuat pemufakatan jahat dengan pihak tertentu, sehingga menyebabkan hilangnya suara dari klientnya Andi Kusuma.
“Kami ingin mengembalikan hak-hak konstitusional dari klien kami, karna kami menilai ada hak-hak dia (Andi Kusuma-red) yang diabaikan oleh oknum saksi,” ungkap Budiyono.
Menurut Budiyono, AR sebagai seorang saksi partai seharusnya dapat mengakomodir seluruh peserta Pemilu dari partai tersebut. Namun, kenyataannya masih jauh dari harapan.
Bahkan dikatakan Budiyono, pada rapat pleno rekapitulasi suara di Kabupaten Bangka, pada (29/2/2024), AR berusaha mengabaikan laporan keberatan hasil rapat pleno dari pihak Andi Kusuma, dengan dalih laporan keberatan tersebut bukanlah laporan keberatan dari partai langsung.
“Dia (AR-red) mengambaikan kepentingan soal laporan tersebut, tidak layak dibahas karena laporan tersebut bukanlah keberatan partai melainkan keberatan pribadi dari Andi Kusuma sebagai Caleg. silakan keberatan sebagai pribadi karena dia (AR-red) sebagai saksi partai seolah hanya dia (AR-red) yang punya akses melakukan keberatan. diluar itu tidak diperkenankan oleh dia (AR-red), itu kan tidak bisa dibenarkan,” jelasnya.
Sedangkan untuk DF, lanjut Budiyono, dilaporkan karna tercatat menjadi saksi partai PAN, namun disisi lain juga sebagai Saksi Partai PDI Perjuangan. Hal itu pun menurut pihak Budiyono, tidak dapat dibenarkan lantaran bermain ‘dua kaki’.
“DF dari saksi Partai PAN, disisilain saksi PDI Perjuangan, kan tidak bisa dibenarkan,” tuturnya.
Diketahui sebelumnya pada 6 Maret 2024 pihak kuasa hukum Andi Kusuma, Budiyono sudah melayangkan, somasi kepada DPC PDI -P Kabupaten Bangka atas tindakan keberatam kepada dua orang saksi tersebut yang dianggap melanggar administrasi.
“Apabila dua orang saksi tersebut tidak menunjukan itikad baik untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini, maka pihaknya akan membawa laporan tersebut ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi” pungkasnya. (Yuko)
