42 Papan Reklame Ilegal Berdiri, Pemkot Pangkalpinang Kehilangan Wibawa

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Kepala Satuaan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Pangkalpinang menegaskan pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang kehilangan kewibawaannya karena para pelaku usaha papan reklame yang nakal atau tidak taat aturan, Selasa (30/1/2024), di Ruangan Smart Room Center Pemkot Pangkalpinang.

Dalam kesempatan Kasat Pol PP Pangkalpinang, Efran menegaskan saat ini pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang tidak punya wibawa karena sudah diketahui tidak memiliki izin tapi tidak ada penindakkan dilakukan.

“Izin belum dikeluarkan tapi pembangunan tetap dilaksanakan, artinya disini marwah dan wibawa Pemkot Pangkalpinang hilang atau tidak dihargai,” tegasnya.

Efran juga mejelaskan bahwa seharusnya pelaku usaha harus taat aturan, jika perizinan belum lengkap tapi sudah berdiri papan reklame ini artinya mereka berbuat semaunya tampa menghargai Pemkot Pangkalpinang.

“Penjelasan dari Pak Endang menegaskan bahwa ada 42 papan reklame dari 39 papan kemaren tidak memiliki izin ini harus ditindak tegas karena mereka sudah bertahun-tahun tidak dibayar ini dapat merugikan pendapatan asli daerah,” cetusnya.

Satpol PP Kota Pangkalpinang akan melakukan tindakkan atas semua papan reklame yang berdiri tampa izin akan ditindak tegas, apa bila perlu kita turunkan papan reklame.

“Kami siap melakukan pembongkaran papan reklame yang tidak berizin karena ini sangat merugikan PAD kota Pangkalpinang,” tutupnya. (Yuko)
