BANGKA TENGAH,PERKARANEWS – Asroni (32) tak menyangka saat sang buah hatinya dinyatakan oleh tim Medis mengidap penyakit yang diluar nalarnya, bukan tanpa sebab, bayi berjenis kelamin perempuan tersebut, yang baru berusia 1 bulan 17 hari saat itu divonis oleh Dokter mengalami jantung bocor.
Pria yang sehari – hari bekerja sebagai buruh harian tersebut tak menduga jika bayi mungilnya tersebut harus mengalami penyakit tersebut. Tak banyak yang bisa dilakukan Asroni dan Istri, sebab, keterbatasan biaya membuat mereka urung untuk melakukan tindakan operasi.
“Saat itu kami mau pergi berobat kerumah sakit, untuk mengobati penyakit batuk dan pilek anak kami. Namun, beberapa waktu berselang, saat Istri saya keluar dari ruang pemeriksaan itu sambil menangis. Ia mengatakan jika anak kami mengalami penyakit jantung bocor.”
“Sontak saya tidak percaya, dan mengajak Istri untuk pulang dari rumah sakit. Padahal saat itu Dokter menyarankan untuk dilakukan rawat inap.”
“Selanjutnya, saya coba bawa lagi ke rumah sakit lain, dan lagi – lagi Dokter mengatakan bahwa anak kami mengidap penyakit jantung bocor, dan mesti dilakukan penangan lebih lanjut, yakni dengan dirawat secara intensif dan sesegera mungkin untuk dilakukan perawatan di salah satu rumah sakit yang ada di Jakarta,” ujar Asroni.
Warga RT 01, Kampung Baru, Dusun Kedimpel, Desa Baskara Bakti, Kecamatan Namang, Kabupaten Bangka Tengah ini pun hanya dapat melakukan berobat jalan dan pengobatan secara tradisional. Sebab, dengan keterbatasan biaya dirinya tak mampu berbuat banyak untuk pengobatan sang buah hati.
“Saya hanya dapat berkata ‘kami tidak punya uang’. Jadi saya hanya bisa membawa pulang anak saya, dan dilakukan rawat jalan. Selain itu, kami juga melakukan pengobatan secara tradisonal. Segala usaha akan kami coba untuk kesembuhan putri kami.”
“Alhamdullilah, saat ini kondisinya sudah agak mendingan. Kebocorannya pun sudah semakin mengecil, mudah – mudahan kedepan semakin membaik.”
“Kepada PT Timah, kami hanya bisa mengucapkan banyak – banyak terimakasih atas bantuannya. Bantuan ini tentu sangat berharga bagi kami, terimakasih PT Timah,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu Bahtiar Efendi, selaku Kepala Desa Baskara Bakti, mengapresiasi akan langkah yang dilakuakn oleh PT Timah Tbk dalam membantu warganya.
“Terimakasih banyak atas kepedulian dari PT Timah, yang mana telah peduli dengan masyarakat kami, baik dalam bidang kesehatan, sosial, dan lingkungan. Kami sangat mengapresiasi sekali akan kepedulian PT Timah, kami harap kepedulian PT Timah ini dapat terus dirasakan oleh warga Bangka Belitung dan tidak hanya sampai disini saja,” kata Bahtiar.
Ia pun mengatakan jika, pengajuan bantuan ini di inisiasi oleh para perangkat Desa untuk meminta bantuan kepada PT Timah Tbk.
“Saat itu kami mendapatkan informasi, jika adinda kami ini mengalami penyakit jantung bocor. Jujur kami sangat prihatin akan kondisi yang dialaminya tersebut, sebab dengan usianya yang masih sangat dini tersebut ia mengidap penyakit seperti itu. Pada waktu itu baru sebulan lebih usianya.”
“Kemudian kami berinisiasi untuk mengajukan bantuan PT Timah dan beberapa instansi serta Lembaga, untuk membantu meringankan biaya pengobatannya.”
“Kepada seluruh warga Baskara Bakti, kami berharap kedepannya jika ada hal – hal ataupun permasalahan itu dapat berkonsultasi terlebih dahulu ke Pemerintah Desa, agar sama – sama kita carikan jalan keluarnya,” katanya. (Yuko)
