Jakarta,PerkaraNews.com – Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Naziarto mengatakan pluralisme merupakan suatu keindahan. Keindahan ini harus dijadikan semakin indah, tentunya dengan menerapkan kekompakan dan kebersamaan.
“Sepengamatan saya, kita pun sudah meletakkan dasar-dasar fundamental pluralisme dalam kepemimpinan dan sudah diterapkan. Bahkan Pemimpin-pemimpin di Bangka Belitung, sudah menerapkan pluralisme,” ungkap Sekda Naziarto saat mengisi materi dalam Pemantapan Nilai-Nilai Kebangsaan bagi Pejabat Eksekutif dan Legislatif Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Tahun 2023 di Lembaga Ketahanan Negara Republik Indonesia, Jumat (10/03/2023).
“Menurut hemat saya, tema yang diberikan kepada saya tentang pluralisme dalam membangun kepemimpinan, secara teoritis pasti sudah disampaikan oleh narasumber lain,” ujarnya dihadapan para peserta yang terdiri pejabat legislatif dan eksekutif tingkat eselon 2 dan 3 di lingkungan Pemprov Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
Menurutnya, kemajemukan dan keberagaman di Bangka Belitung ini menunjukkan pluralisme, dan ini merupakan sebuah keindahan karena dengan perbedaan budaya, sosial, agama dan pluralisme lainnya bisa berjalan beriringan.
“Kuncinya dari dahulu kita telah pelajari,” tegasnya mengutip frasa Bhineka Tunggal Ika Tan Hana Dharma Mandrwa yang artinya bermacam-macam itu tapi satu, tak ada perilaku yang mendua.
Lebih lanjut disampaikannya, cara berfikir budaya baru dalam memimpin adalah seseorang yang dipimpinnya dapat menjadi pemimpin. Ini dimintanya kepada semua peserta untuk kembalikan kepada diri sendiri untuk memutuskan memilih pola kepemimpinan seperti apa.
“Tidak ada pemimpin hebat, super power dan sebagainya. Siapa pemimpin itu, adalah diri sendiri,” pungkasnya. (R5/RLS)
