Molen Resmikan Masjid Al Quddus

PN.COM-PANGKALPINANG,Wali Kota Pangkalpinang Maulan Aklil meresmikan Masjid Al-Quddus dengan melaksanakan Salat Jumat perdana di masjid yang terletak di Jaan Nila Kelurahan Rejosari, Kecamatan Pangkal Balam, Jumat (11/2/2022).

Dalam kesempatan tersebut Molen sapaan akrabnya, mengajak warga masyarakat serta jamaah yang hadir untuk menjaga tradisi budaya melayu yang ada di kota berjargon Beribu Senyuman tersebut.

“Kita jaga tradisi Melayu di tempat kita ini. Masjid yang ada di Bangka Belitung, khususnya Pangkalpinang semuanya terlihat rapi, indah dan bersih. Pertahankan, ini lah budaya kita yang menjadi ciri khas,” kata Molen.

Wali kota yang mengawali karier sebagai ASN ini juga mengungkapkan rasa syukurnya melihat perkembangan dan pemahaman warga masyarakat tentang pelaksanaan Salat Jumat sudah semakin baik.

“Alhamdulillah selama saya melaksanakan Salat Jumat termasuk meresmikan masjid yang lainnya semuanya terasa aman dan damai, semua berjalan dengan baik baik,” jelasnya.

Sementara itu Ketua Pembangunan Masjid Al-Quddus yang juga menjadi wakil rakyat di DPRD Kota Pangkalpinang, Arnadi mengutarakan, dengan bantuan yang bersumber dari APBD Perubahan Kota Pangkalpinang tahun 2019 sebesar 150 juta rupiah, memberikan dampak yang sangat signifikan terhadap pembangunan fisik yang dilakukan dalam pembangunan masjid Al Quddus ini.

“Pembangunan tempat ibadah oleh Pemkot Pangkalpinang sudah luar biasa. Kita mengapresiasi. Ini merupakan sinergitas dan kepedulian Pemkot dengan warga,” ungkap politisi PKS ini.

Ke depan dirinya berharap, pemkot juga dapat berperan aktif dalam mensupport kegiatan keagamaan yang diselenggarakan di masjid-masjid.

Menjadi khatib sekaligus imam dalam pelaksanaan Salat Jumat yang dilaksanakan dengan protokol kesehatan tersebut, Kepala Kemenag Kota Pangkalpinang, Firmantasi, serta dihadiri sejumlah pejabat di lingkungan Pemkot Pangkalpinang. (Bagja)
