PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM – Rencana aksi demonstrasi besar-besaran yang akan digelar oleh masyarakat penambang Bangka Belitung (Babel) pada tanggal 6 November 2025 dipastikan BATAL TOTAL. Pembatalan ini terjadi setelah Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) difasilitasi langsung oleh Gubernur Bangka Belitung, Hidayat Arsani, berhasil mencapai kesepakatan krusial dengan PT Timah Tbk dan perwakilan masyarakat dalam sebuah forum yang intens.

• Harga Timah ‘Nyeleneh’ Diberantas: Kesepakatan tegas bahwa ke depan, apabila ada Mitra PT Timah yang berani membeli timah dari rakyat di bawah harga yang telah ditetapkan (khususnya disinggung angka Rp90.000), oknum tersebut akan ditindak tegas dan ditangkap oleh aparat yang berwenang.
• Jalur Timah Wajib ke PT Timah: Masyarakat ingin dapat menambang dengan leluasa dan hasil timahnya wajib dijual ke PT Timah Tbk, bukan ke penadah ilegal yang merusak harga pasar. Hal ini mengamankan rantai pasok sekaligus harga jual bagi penambang rakyat.
• Jaminan Keleluasaan Menambang: Tuntutan agar masyarakat bisa menambang dengan lebih leluasa di wilayah yang diizinkan juga mendapat lampu hijau, disertai dengan beberapa kesepakatan teknis lainnya yang bertujuan menstabilkan operasional penambang rakyat.
Dalam forum tersebut, Gubernur Hidayat Arsani secara lugas menyampaikan kesiapannya untuk berada di garis depan melindungi hak-hak penambang.
“Saya siap menerima laporan dari masyarakat apabila masih ada Mitra PT Timah yang membeli di bawah harga yang telah ditetapkan, karena itu merugikan masyarakat penambang!” tegas Gubernur.
Kesepakatan ini dinilai sebagai langkah politik yang berhasil meredam gejolak sosial, mencegah kerugian ekonomi akibat aksi demonstrasi, sekaligus memastikan stabilitas harga mineral krusial di Bangka Belitung.
