PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM – Rapat Paripurna Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel) yang diagendakan untuk penyampaian Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) tentang RAPBD Tahun Anggaran 2026 mengalami penundaan mendadak. Penundaan ini diumumkan langsung oleh Pimpinan Rapat Paripurna, Edy Iskandar. Rabu,(29/10)
Awalnya, rapat paripurna telah dijadwalkan. Namun, berdasarkan surat dari Badan Keputusan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Nomor 23/BAPPERDA/2025 tertanggal 24 Oktober 2025, permohonan pembatalan rapat paripurna tersebut diajukan.
Pimpinan Rapat, Edy Iskandar menegaskan, “Dikatakan masih ada pembahasan dan persiapan pasca-pasca ini setelah Raperda RAPBD. Maka, perhitungan penetapan Provinsi Raperda RAPBD ditunda sampai perhitungan selanjutnya.”katanya
Keputusan penundaan tersebut merujuk pada amanat Permendagri Nomor 80 Tahun 2015 tentang Produk Hukum Daerah, yang secara spesifik dalam Pasal 15 Ayat 4 menyebutkan bahwa penyusunan dan penetapan Raperda RAPBD dilakukan setiap tahun sebelum penetapan Peraturan Gubernur (Pergub) tentang APBD Provinsi.
Dalam sesi tanya jawab, pimpinan rapat menanyakan persetujuan kepada para anggota dewan yang terhormat terkait penundaan jadwal penetapan Raperda RAPBD tersebut.
Anggota DPRD Babel dari Fraksi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS), Dody Kusdian, langsung angkat bicara menanggapi penundaan tersebut. Dody menekankan pentingnya disiplin jadwal agar proses legislasi tidak melenceng dari ketentuan.
“Itu yang perlu kita ingatkan. Jadi kalau begitu, maka sebelum pengesahan APBD itu [RAPBD] sudah bisa teralu [terkait dengan Raperda RAPBD Tahun 2026],” tegas Dody Kusdian, menyiratkan kekhawatiran terkait potensi keterlambatan.
Menanggapi hal itu, Pimpinan Rapat, Edy Iskandar, segera memberikan kepastian terkait jadwal lanjutan.
“Baik, terima kasih Dody Kusdian. Nanti kita berjadwalnya di petunjuk tanggal 31 [Oktober],” tutup Edy, menjanjikan penetapan jadwal pengganti dalam waktu dekat.
