PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS.COM – Drama perburuan keadilan kembali memanas di depan Kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Mantan Kepala Dinas Kehutanan (Kadishut) Provinsi Babel, Marwan, pada Kamis (30/10), kembali menggelar aksi tunggal menuntut keadilan terkait kasus kontroversial “Tanam Pisang Tumbuh Sawit,” yaitu dugaan korupsi penyalahgunaan izin pemanfaatan lahan 1.500 hektar yang dikelola PT Narina Keisha Imani (NKI) di Kota Waringin Labuh Air Pandan, Kabupaten Bangka.
Aksi Marwan ini menjadi sorotan tajam, mengingat ia adalah terpidana dalam kasus yang sama, meski sempat diputuskan bebas oleh Pengadilan Negeri Pangkalpinang. Dalam orasi yang lantang, Marwan tampil mengenakan pakaian adat lengkap khas Bangka Belitung, sebuah simbol perlawanan dan tegaknya martabat.
“Kami datang ke sini, sudah menganggap bahwa hukum itu tidak ada lagi. Hukum itu sudah tidak bisa dipercayai lagi,” tegas Marwan di tengah aksinya.
Marwan secara eksplisit meminta aparat penegak hukum untuk memproses tiga perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang menurutnya dimiliki oleh sejumlah tokoh politik dan pengusaha kuat di Babel. Tiga nama besar yang diseret adalah Rudianto Tjen, Datok Ramli, dan Abun Rebo.
“Tiga perusahaan itu kita minta proses, masak kesalahan orang ditimpal ke Pak Marwan! Kita juga minta Erzaldi diproses, dia yang tanda tangan MoU, masak anak buah yang kena, gak beres itu!” teriaknya, menuding adanya diskriminasi hukum.
Puncak kekecewaan Marwan diungkapkan dengan diksi yang keras dan menohok. Ia menganggap tidak adanya proses hukum terhadap pihak-pihak lain yang diduga terlibat sebagai bukti matinya keadilan.
“Kalau hukum itu sudah tidak ada maka otomatis aparat penegak hukum pun sudah tidak ada lagi. Yang ada di depan kita ini hanyalah keparat-keparat pendegak hukum,” kecam Marwan.
Senada dengan Marwan, Koordinator Aksi, Ustad Rasid Ridho, turut mempertanyakan kejanggalan dalam penanganan kasus ini, di mana ada pihak yang tidak dijadikan tersangka meskipun diduga terlibat.
“Apakah ini adalah namanya keadilan? Oleh karena itu kami ucapkan selamat datang kepada Aspidsus yang baru, kepada Asintel yang baru. Mudah-mudahan bisa membongkar ini dan bisa lebih berani,” ujar Rasid.
Rasid Ridho menutup orasinya dengan harapan besar kepada para pejabat baru di Kejati Babel untuk berani menegakkan keadilan tanpa pandang bulu, sejalan dengan pesan Bapak Kejagung dan Bapak Prabowo agar tidak bermain-main dan berpihak.
“Kami tidak memerlukan Kejati-Kejati yang penakut, dan Kejati-Kejati, dan Jaksa-Jaksa yang nakal. Oknum-oknum jaksa yang selama ini memihak kepada orang-orang yang kuat,” pungkasnya, disambut seruan setuju dari peserta aksi. (Red5)
