PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Ketua Pansus Tata Niaga dan Tata Kelola Timah DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Taufik Rizani, mendesak PT Timah untuk segera menetapkan harga sementara komoditas timah. Langkah ini dinilai krusial untuk mengatasi ketidakpastian harga yang kini merugikan masyarakat penambang. Senin,(15/9)
Taufik mengungkapkan bahwa Pansus telah berkoordinasi dengan berbagai lembaga dan instansi terkait untuk memastikan tata kelola timah memberikan dampak positif, baik secara sosial, lingkungan, maupun ekonomi.
Menurutnya, percepatan penerbitan Izin Pertambangan Rakyat (IPR) oleh Gubernur Babel menjadi salah satu prioritas.
“IPR ini menjadi kewenangan provinsi. Kami berupaya agar IPR segera diterbitkan supaya masyarakat bisa terjun langsung dan menikmati hasil dari pengolahan timah,” jelas Taufik.
Terkait harga, Taufik menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya telah bertemu langsung dengan Direktur Utama PT Timah. Pansus meminta PT Timah untuk segera menetapkan harga sementara sambil menunggu keputusan harga resmi dari Kementerian ESDM. Hal ini menyusul laporan di lapangan bahwa harga timah anjlok hingga Rp60.000 per kilogram.
“Kami minta PT Timah segera menetapkan harga sementara yang disesuaikan dengan kondisi di Babel,” tegas Taufik.
Namun, Taufik mengakui bahwa permintaan harga sementara ini tidak bisa masuk ke dalam rekomendasi resmi Pansus. Sebagai solusinya, Taufik berharap adanya hilirisasi yang dapat menguatkan posisi masyarakat. Dia juga mengungkapkan adanya dua Satgas, yakni Satgas Nanggala dari PT Timah dan Satgas Halilintar dari pusat, yang bertugas memantau situasi di lapangan.
Di sisi lain, Taufik juga menyebutkan tentang rencana pembentukan Kamar Dagang Timah yang akan bekerja sama dengan BUMD provinsi.
“Ini bukan untuk menentukan harga timah, melainkan untuk menentukan harga timah itu ditentukan oleh Kementerian ESDM,” pungkas Taufik.(Yuko)
