Suap Kasus Korupsi CPO Capai Rp20 Miliar, Pengacara Sebut ‘Welcome Drink’ untuk Mulai Kesepakatan

JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM – Sidang lanjutan kasus dugaan suap terhadap majelis hakim terkait perkara korupsi ekspor crude palm oil (CPO) kembali menguak fakta mengejutkan. Pengacara Ariyanto Bakri (Ary Bakri), mengungkapkan adanya pertemuan dengan terdakwa Wahyu Gunawan dan Muhammad Arif Nuryanta di sebuah restoran di Jakarta untuk membahas penyelesaian perkara tersebut. Kasus ini menjadi sorotan publik karena melibatkan praktik suap dalam upaya memberikan vonis lepas pada perkara korupsi ekspor CPO, yang nilainya mencapai miliaran rupiah. Sidang digelar di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta Pusat, Rabu (27/8/2025).

 

Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) menghadirkan Ary sebagai saksi. Dalam keterangannya Ary menyebut setelah pertemuan itu, dirinya dihubungi oleh pihak yang memperkenalkan sebagai migor dari kantor pusat Singapura.

“Dia telpon saya, ‘Bagaimana Ari?,” kata Ary menirukan sambungan telepon.

 

“Saya jawab oke. Mereka sudah sepakat, budget berapa? Dia bilang itu Rp20 miliar,” lanjut Ary di hadapan majelis hakim.

 

Menurut Ary, nilai Rp20 miliar tersebut ditujukan untuk mengupayakan skema vonis bebas atau ontslag van alle recht vervolging terhadap kasus ekspor CPO yang menjerat sejumlah perusahaan, termasuk Wilmar Group.

 

Selanjutnya Ary membeberkan, dirinya mengaku menyerahkan uang sebesar USD 5.000 (setara dengan Rp75 juta) yang disebut sebagai “Welcome Drink” kepada Wahyu Gunawan. Menurut Wahyu menilai uang itu sebenarnya adalah “uang baca berkas”.

 

Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) sempat mempertanyakan keterangan tersebut, sebab dalam dakwaan sebelumnya disebutkan bahwa uang “baca berkas” pertama kali bernilai Rp8 miliar, disusul dengan pemberian berikutnya mencapai Rp32 miliar.

 

Dalam dakwaan, Muhammad Arif Nuryanta yang kala itu menjabat Wakil Ketua PN Jakarta Pusat disebut menyerahkan uang “baca berkas” kepada hakim Djuyamto. Penyerahan dilakukan pada Juni 2024 di ruang kerja Arif, dan turut disaksikan hakim Agam Syarief Baharudin.

 

Setelah menerima, Djuyamto memanggil hakim Ali Muhtarom untuk ikut hadir. Uang pecahan USD 100 dan SGD 1.000 itu kemudian dihitung dan totalnya mencapai Rp3,9 miliar. Uang tersebut lantas dibagi, dengan perincian: Djuyamto menerima Rp1,7 miliar, sedangkan Agam dan Ali masing-masing kebagian Rp1,1 miliar.

 

Dalam perkara ini, tiga hakim PN Jakarta Pusat yakni Djuyamto, Agam Syarief Baharudin, dan Ali Muhtarom didakwa menerima suap dan gratifikasi bersama eks Wakil Ketua PN Jakarta Pusat Muhammad Arif Nuryanta serta mantan Panitera Muda Wahyu Gunawan. (Yuko)
