Dalam Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) di ruang Badan Musyawarah DPRD Babel pada Kamis (28/8), mereka menyoroti tindakan Pemkab Bangka Barat yang dianggap arogan dan tanpa dasar hukum yang kuat.
Johan Virgio dengan lantang mengecam tindakan penggusuran yang dilakukan Pemkab di lahan yang telah digarap masyarakat.
“Tidak boleh, Pak. Masalah ini belum selesai. Saya minta pemerintahnya itu ibarat ayah dan ibu yang punya masalah dengan anak-anaknya. Kalau ayah dan ibu jahat kepada anaknya, tidak benar ini,” tegas Johan, yang mengaku tumbuh dan besar di lingkungan Kelapa.
Ia juga menyoroti kurangnya sosialisasi dari pihak terkait sebelum pemasangan plang di lahan.
“Tiba-tiba pasang plang seenak-enaknya. Memang betul dia kerja, tapi juga sosialisasikan dengan masyarakat,” kritiknya.
Johan juga mengingatkan bahwa program pengembangan sapi di era Bupati sebelumnya sudah tidak berjalan, dan kini setelah lahan masyarakat sudah produktif, tiba-tiba ingin digusur.
Sementara itu, Herya wandi dari Fraksi Golkar menyoroti kejanggalan pada luas lahan yang diklaim.
“Penyerahan aset dari Pemprov Sumsel hanya 5,6 hektare, kenapa mau klaim 113 hektare?” tanyanya.
Herya wandi menegaskan bahwa berdasarkan hasil penelusuran, yang tercatat sebagai aset Pemkab Bangka Barat hanyalah 5,6 hektare.
Ia juga berpesan agar Pemkab Bangka Barat tidak mengambil langkah yang dapat memicu konflik di masyarakat.
“Jangan sampai ini memancing suasana yang tadinya masih aman, masih saling tegur sapa, ternyata nanti menimbulkan konflik. Ini yang kita takutkan,” ujar Herya wandi.
Senada dengan Herya wandi, Elvi Diana dari Fraksi PDI Perjuangan juga mempertanyakan manfaat proyek yang akan dibangun oleh Pemkab.
“Saya bertanya kepada Pemkab, kepada DPRD, dan juga kepada Bupati. Pemkab ini buat apa? Dan apakah akan menjadi maslahat buat masyarakat Kelapa sendiri?” tanyanya.
Ia menyarankan agar lahan tersebut dikembalikan kepada masyarakat jika tidak ada manfaat yang jelas, demi menjaga stabilitas dan kesejahteraan warga.
Ketiga anggota dewan ini sepakat bahwa langkah hukum yang telah ditetapkan harus dihormati dan tidak ada lagi intimidasi atau penggusuran sebelum masalah ini tuntas.
