Peresmian ini bukan sekadar seremoni biasa, melainkan tonggak penting dalam mewujudkan agenda hilirisasi mineral nasional yang digaungkan Presiden Prabowo, sekaligus menegaskan komitmen Arsari Tambang sebagai pionir dalam produksi timah ramah lingkungan di Asia Tenggara.
Sejak memulai tahap groundbreaking pada 10 Mei 2024, pabrik yang berdiri di atas lahan seluas 6.500 m² ini menunjukkan progres luar biasa. Kini, PT STANIA siap menggebrak pasar dengan kapasitas produksi awal hingga 2.000 ton solder bar per tahun. Tak berhenti di situ, ambisi jangka panjang perusahaan meliputi ekspansi produksi hingga mencakup solder wire, powder, dan paste, dengan proyeksi total volume mencapai 16.000 ton per tahun. Dengan target pendapatan fantastis mencapai Rp1 triliun, keberadaan pabrik ini digadang-gadang akan menjadi motor penggerak pertumbuhan industri manufaktur berbasis mineral dalam negeri.
Hashim S. Djojohadikusumo, Komisaris Utama Arsari Tambang, menegaskan bahwa peresmian pabrik solder ini adalah manifestasi nyata dari komitmen kuat mereka dalam mendukung hilirisasi nasional.
“Ini adalah wujud nyata komitmen kami dalam mendukung hilirisasi nasional dan menjawab tantangan global untuk transisi energi dan keberlanjutan. Ini adalah awal dari perjalanan panjang Arsari Tambang menuju industri pertambangan yang bertanggung jawab secara lingkungan dan sosial,” ujar Hashim. Pernyataan ini sekaligus menandakan era baru bagi industri pertambangan Indonesia, di mana pertumbuhan ekonomi berjalan seiring dengan tanggung jawab lingkungan dan sosial.
Sebagai produsen solder di Indonesia yang sepenuhnya berbasis hilirisasi mineral, PT STANIA mengambil langkah revolusioner menuju keberlanjutan. Seluruh operasional pabrik digerakkan oleh Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) dari PLN yang telah tersertifikasi Renewable Energy Certificate (REC), menjadikannya fasilitas produksi bebas emisi. Desain gedung pabrik pun tak luput dari sentuhan efisiensi energi, dengan atap transparan yang memaksimalkan pencahayaan alami dan meminimalisir penggunaan listrik.
Aryo P. S. Djojohadikusumo, Direktur Utama Arsari Tambang, menjelaskan visi besar di balik langkah ini. “PT Solder Tin Andalan Indonesia adalah bagian dari visi besar kami untuk membangun ekosistem industri timah dan menjadikan Indonesia sebagai pemain utama dalam rantai pasok global produk berbasis timah.
