JAKARTA, PERKARANEWS.COM — Mantan Ketua Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya Rudi Suparmono dituntut Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) 7 tahun penjara dan denda sebesar Rp750 juta subsider 6 bulan penjara.
JPU mengatakan perbuatan Rudi telah melanggar sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 5 ayat (2) juncto Pasal 18 UU Tipikor dalam dakwaan satu, alternatif ketiga penuntut umum dan Pasal 12B Juncto Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 31 tahun 1999 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi dalam dakwaan komulatif kedua penuntut umum.
“Menuntut supaya majelis hakim menyatakan terdakwa Rudi Suparmono secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah melakukan tindak pidana korupsi telah menerima suap dan gratifikasi oleh karena itu dengan pidana penjara selama tujuh tahun serta membayar denda Rp 750 juta subsider 6 bulan kurungan,” ujar JPU dalam sidang di Pengadilan Negeri Tipikor Jakarta Pusat, Senin (28/7/2025).
JPU dalam tuntutan menyampaikan hal-hal pertimbangan yang memberatkan dan meringankan jaksa penuntut umum. Hal yang memberatkan perbuatan terdakwa tidak mendukung pemerintah dalam rangka menyelenggarakan dan menjadikan negara-negara yang bersih dan bebas dari korupsi, korupsi dan nepotisme.
“Perbuatan terdakwa telah mencederai kepercayaan masyarakat khususnya terhadap institusi yuridikatif,” tegas JPU.
“Sementara ha-hal yang meringankan, terdakwa bersikap sopan dalam persidangan, kooperatif dalam mengakui semua perbuatan yang dilakukan terhadapnya, sehingga telah bersesuaian dengan alat bukti yang dihadapkan dalam persidangan,” imbuhnya.
Sebelumnya Rudi didakwa menerima suap dengan total konversi saat ini senilai Rp Rp 21.963.626.339,8. Uang itu ditemukan penyidik Kejagung di rumah Rudi dalam bentuk mata uang rupiah dan mata uang asing.
Suap tersebut diterima Rudi selama menjabat sebagai Ketua PN Surabaya dan selaku Ketua PN Jakarta Pusat. Uang itu ditemukan penyidik Kejaksaan Agung RI saat menggeledah rumah Rudi di Jakarta.
Selain itu jaksa juga mendakwa Rudi menerima SGD 43 ribu terkait perkara vonis bebas Gregorius Ronald Tannur. Jaksa mengatakan uang itu diberikan pengacara Ronald, Lisa Rachmat agar Rudi menunjuk Majelis Hakim perkara Ronald sesuai keinginannya. (Yuko)
