PANGKALPINANG, PERKARANEWS – Sebanyak 9 koper jemaah haji yang masuk dalam kloter 07 PLM hampir saja tidak dapat didistribusikan ke tanah suci karena tidak memenuhi ketentuan penerbangan yang ditetapkan oleh pihak maskapai penerbangan.
Namun, berkat kerja sigap Tim koper haji Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung yang dikomandoi H. Indra Ethana akhirnya koper tersebut pun dapat diberangkatkan bersama-sama dengan jemaah.
“Kemarin (Sabtu , 10 Mei – red), ada 3 koper yang belum bisa diberangkatkan karena terkendala visa jemaah masih belum keluar. Setelah visanya lengkap pada hari itu juga koper langsung kami kirim ke bandara,” ungkap Indra saat dihubungi pada Minggu (11/05).
Diungkapkan Indra, selain itu ada juga sebanyak 6 koper yang dikembalikan dari kargo bandara karena memuat barang-barang yang dilarang, seperti ; baterai power bank, kipas angin baterai dan cukuran jenggot elektrik.
“Saat itu juga tim kami langsung bergegas menghubungi jemaah untuk kemudian membantu mereka memeriksa kembali dan mengambil barang-barang tersebut,” ujarnya.
Setelah semua clear dan selesai, lanjutnya, koper tersebut pun didistribusikan lagi ke kargo bandara Depati Amir Pangkalpinang menggunakan armada PT. Pos Indonesia.
“Alhamdulillah, semua aman dan kami pun mendapatkan informasi bahwa saat ini koper jemaah telah tiba di Madinah dalam keadaan aman,” ungkapnya.
Hal ini sekaligus membuktikan komitmen tim koper haji Kanwil Kemenag Babel yang berjuang memastikan agar koper yang berisikan barang kebutuhan para jemaah haji dapat terdistribusi dengan baik dan sampai ke tangan jemaah dalam kondisi lengkap tanpa kekurangan apapun. (Yuko)
