PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Gregorius Ronald Tannur, terpidana kasus tewasnya Dini Sera Afrianti, dihadirkan sebagai saksi dalam sidang lanjutan kasus dugaan suap hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Surabaya. Sidang ini digelar di Pengadilan Tipikor, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (17/3/2025), dengan terdakwa Meyrizka Widjaja (ibunda Ronald), Zarof Ricar (mantan pejabat Mahkamah Agung), dan Lisa Rachmat (pengacara Ronald).
Dalam kesaksiannya, Ronald mengungkapkan penyesalan mendalam karena tidak menuruti nasihat ibunya. Ia merasa hancur melihat Meyrizka duduk di kursi terdakwa akibat upaya membebaskannya dari jerat hukum. “Mungkin dari semua anak-anak Ibu Meirizka Widjaja, mungkin saya paling dekat dengan Ibu Meirizka Widjaja karena kami ke mana-mana selalu berdua,” kata Ronald sambil terisak. “Perasaan saya, ya hancur Pak, apalagi yang bisa saya katakan,” lanjutnya.
Ronald meyakini, jika dirinya tidak pergi bersama Dini pada malam kejadian dan mendengarkan perkataan Meyrizka, situasi tidak akan separah ini. “Saya menyesal, jika saya tidak pergi malam itu, jika saya menuruti kata-kata ibu saya, mungkin tidak ada kejadian seperti ini. Kita semua tidak di sini,” ungkapnya.
Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) mendakwa Meyrizka memberikan suap sebesar Rp 1 miliar dan SGD 308.000 (sekitar Rp 3,6 miliar) kepada tiga hakim PN Surabaya melalui Lisa Rachmat. Suap ini diduga bertujuan agar Ronald divonis bebas dalam kasus kematian Dini Sera. Tiga hakim yang menerima suap, Erintuah Damanik, Mangapul, dan Heru Hanindyo, juga telah menjadi terdakwa dalam kasus ini.
Sementara itu, Zarof Ricar didakwa menerima gratifikasi senilai Rp 915 miliar dan 51 kg emas selama 10 tahun menjabat sebagai pejabat MA. Ia juga diduga terlibat dalam praktik makelar kasus, termasuk dalam upaya pembebasan Ronald Tannur. Atas perbuatannya, Zarof dijerat dengan Pasal 6 Ayat (1) huruf a atau Pasal 5 Ayat (1) dan Pasal 12 B juncto Pasal 15 jo. Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dan ditambah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001.
Ronald Tannur sendiri telah divonis 5 tahun penjara di tingkat kasasi dan saat ini sedang menjalani masa hukumannya. Kesaksiannya diharapkan dapat mengungkap lebih jauh keterlibatan para terdakwa dalam kasus dugaan suap ini.
