PSU di Depan Mata, Markus Ngotot Penjarakan Warga Saksi Fakta Kecurangan Pilkada

BANGKA BARAT,PERKARANEWS.COM– Meski Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) telah memerintahkan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Bangka Barat untuk menggelar Pemungutan Suara Ulang (PSU) di 4 Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS) Desa Sinar Manik, Kecamatan Jebus, Kabupaten Bangka Barat, Markus, calon bupati nomor urut 2, tetap bersikeras melanjutkan proses hukum terhadap Rizaldi, warga desa setempat yang menjadi saksi fakta dalam mengungkap praktik kecurangan yang diduga dilakukannya pada Pilkada Bangka Barat 27 November 2024 lalu.

Perintah PSU ini tertuang dalam putusan MK nomor 99/PHPU.BUP-XXIII/2025, yang menegaskan adanya pelanggaran berupa pembagian uang kepada warga Desa Sinar Manik yang terdaftar di 4 TPS sebelum pencoblosan, yang dilakukan oleh pasangan calon nomor urut 2, Markus dan Yus Derahman.

Putusan ini dibacakan oleh Ketua MK, Suhartoyo, dalam sidang pengucapan putusan Perselisihan Hasil Pemilihan Umum (PHPU) Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Bangka Barat tahun 2024, pada Senin, 24 Februari 2025.

Dalam sidang panel hakim yang dipimpin oleh Ketua MK, Suhartoyo, dengan anggota Daniel Yusmic P. Foekh dan M. Guntur Hamzah, pada Senin, 7 Februari 2025, dihadirkan saksi-saksi dari pemohon, pasangan calon nomor urut 1, Sukirman dan Bong Ming Ming, yaitu Sri Meirina, Rizaldi, dan Mayrest Kurniawan.
Dalam rangkaian persidangan di Gedung MK, lantai 4, Jakarta, saksi-saksi fakta, Sri Meirina dan Rizaldi, berhasil meyakinkan hakim MK bahwa telah terjadi kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh pasangan calon nomor urut 2, Markus dan Yus Derahman, dengan menggunakan uang untuk meraih suara pemilih.

“Sidang pembacaan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi dengan tegas memerintahkan KPU Kabupaten Bangka Barat untuk melaksanakan PSU di TPS 1, TPS 2, TPS 3, dan TPS 4 Desa Sinar Manik paling lama 30 hari kerja sejak putusan diumumkan,” ujar Mayrest, salah satu saksi pemohon.

Mayrest menambahkan, Rizaldi dan Sri Meirina berhasil meyakinkan hakim dengan menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang diajukan dan didukung oleh bukti-bukti valid, bahwa telah terjadi praktik politik uang sesuai dengan laporan pemohon dalam gugatannya.

“Dalam sidang, kedua saksi tersebut dapat meyakinkan majelis hakim bahwa telah terjadi kecurangan dalam pemilihan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Bangka Barat yang dilakukan oleh Markus dan tim pemenangnya, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, sehingga akhirnya Majelis Hakim MK memutuskan telah terjadi kecurangan dalam Pilkada Bupati Bangka Barat 2024 dan memerintahkan tergugat, KPU Kabupaten Bangka Barat, untuk melakukan Pemilihan Suara Ulang di 4 TPS Desa Sinar Manik, ” jelasnya.

PSU di 4 TPS Desa Sinar Manik dilaksanakan setelah hakim MK melihat bukti-bukti kuat dari pemohon, ditambah keterangan saksi Rizaldi, warga Sinar Manik, yang sebelumnya diperintahkan oleh Dr. Kodri menjadi koordinator desa (kordes) Sinar Manik untuk mendukung kemenangan pasangan calon nomor urut 2, Markus dan Yus Derahman.

“Sebelum memberikan kesaksian di depan Hakim MK, saksi termohon, saksi pemohon, dan saksi terkait diambil sumpahnya di bawah kitab suci sesuai agamanya masing-masing. Saat bersaksi, para saksi didalami kesaksiannya oleh tiga Hakim MK, yang kemudian akan menjadi pertimbangan hakim untuk memutuskan terbukti atau tidaknya kesaksian para saksi tersebut,” kata Mayrest.

Rizaldi, saat bersaksi di MK, dengan jelas mengurai kejadian yang diketahui dan dilihatnya secara langsung terkait pelanggaran pemilu, politik uang, dalam Pilkada Bangka Barat yang dilakukan oleh pasangan calon nomor urut 2, Markus dan Yus Derahman. Keterangan saksi-saksi tersebut menguatkan bukti-bukti bahwa telah terjadi politik uang di 4 TPS Desa Sinar Manik.

Setelah mendengarkan kesaksian dari saksi Rizaldi, saksi termohon, dan saksi terkait, Hakim MK memutuskan telah terjadi politik uang di Desa Sinar Manik, seperti yang digugat pemohon, Sukirman dan Bong Ming Ming, terhadap SK KPU Kabupaten Bangka Barat Nomor 583, dan Rizaldi adalah saksi faktanya.

Terpisah, Hadi Susilo, Ketua LSM AMAK Babel, menilai laporan yang dibuat Markus terhadap saksi Rizaldi dan Sri Meirina salah alamat dan mencari sensasi menjelang PSU di 4 TPS Desa Sinar Manik.

“Kalau laporan terhadap Rizaldi tersebut masih dipersoalkan oleh Markus dan timnya, maka itu adalah salah satu bentuk keangkuhan Markus yang harus diketahui warga Sinar Manik lainnya menjelang PSU tanggal 22 Maret 2025 nanti,” kata Hadi.

Warga akan berpikiran buruk terhadap Markus jika ngotot memenjarakan Rizaldi dengan tuduhan memberikan keterangan palsu dan pencemaran nama baik pasangan calon nomor urut 2, Markus dan Yus Derahman, padahal MK telah memutuskan telah terjadi politik uang di 4 TPS Desa Sinar Manik.

“Seharusnya Markus tak perlu lagi menakut-nakuti warga Sinar Manik yang menjadi saksi fakta dalam kesaksiannya di MK, karena MK telah memutuskan apa yang disampaikan Rizaldi tersebut dalam kesaksiannya dianggap majelis telah sesuai dengan fakta dan bukti yang ada. Dan yang paling tepat, seharusnya Markus mencabut laporan itu karena sudah inkrah keputusan hakim MK dalam perkara tersebut,” terangnya.

Warga akan menilai Markus tidak bijaksana dalam menyikapi keputusan MK yang memutuskan telah terjadi politik uang dalam Pilkada Bangka Barat 2024, khususnya di 4 TPS Desa Sinar Manik, Kecamatan Jebus. Keegoisan Markus, yang belum menjadi bupati saja sudah tampak di depan mata, apalagi kelak saat menjabat sebagai bupati jika menang di PSU yang akan dilaksanakan Sabtu, 22 Maret 2025, tutup Hadi.
