BANGKA BARAT, PERKARANEWS.COM – Sengketa lahan di Lambow, Bangka Barat, memasuki babak baru. Kuasa hukum masyarakat petani, Rudi Sitompul dari LBH MBK, mengungkapkan kejanggalan sertifikat aset pemerintah daerah (Pemda) yang diterbitkan tahun 2017.
“Awalnya, ada kerja sama penggemukan sapi antara Pemda DKI dan Pemda Bangka Barat. Dalam pertemuan di SMA, disepakati bahwa lahan yang tidak produktif bisa dikelola Pemda, sementara lahan produktif tetap dikelola petani.”ujar Rudi
Namun, proyek tersebut tidak berjalan. Lahan yang awalnya dijanjikan untuk pembibitan sapi dan penanaman rumput, justru berujung pada penggusuran petani.
“Sudah tiga kali upaya penggusuran gagal,” lanjut Rudi. “Petani akhirnya meminta kami untuk melakukan gugatan ke PTUN.”tegasnha
Rudi menyoroti adanya beberapa petani yang memiliki alas hak di kantor lurah dan satu petani yang memiliki Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) seluas 5000 m². Ia juga mempertanyakan dasar pengukuran lahan yang dilakukan oleh BPN.
“Petani sudah menggarap lahan ini secara turun-temurun selama 20 tahun. Mereka tidak tahu kapan pengukuran dilakukan, kapan patok dipasang. Saat persidangan, terungkap bahwa saksi yang dihadirkan bukan petani yang menggarap lahan.”cetusnya
Rudi juga menyoroti perbedaan luas lahan yang signifikan. Dari 5,6 hektare yang dialihkan ke Pemda Bangka Barat pada tahun 2003, menjadi 120 hektare berdasarkan pengukuran UPTD.
“Hakim meminta kami menyiapkan aset yang akan disita,” kata Rudi. “Kami akan terus berjuang untuk keadilan petani.”pungkasnya.(Yuko)
