BANGKA,PERKARANEWS.COM – Kasus penyelundupan timah di Tuing, Bangka, terus mengungkap tabir gelap di baliknya. Setelah mengungkap sepak terjang Ak, pemilik timah selundupan, kini giliran peran ‘Godfather’ dalam jaringan ini terkuak.
Sumber PerkaraNews yang enggan disebutkan namanya, menceritakan awal mula Ak terjun ke bisnis haram ini. Ak, yang ingin mengirim timah ke Malaysia, bertemu dengan seorang penyelundup kawakan di Sungailiat yang dikenal dengan sebutan ‘Godfather’. Keduanya pun bersepakat.
“Ak bertemu dengan Godfather, dan keduanya sepakat,” ujar sumber tersebut.
Pada pengiriman pertama, 10 ton timah berhasil dikirim ke Malaysia melalui jalur Tuing. Kesuksesan ini berlanjut ke pengiriman kedua dengan jumlah yang lebih besar, yaitu 15 ton timah.
“Bertambah. Kedua kalinya 15 ton,” lanjut sumber.
Keberhasilan ini membuat Godfather percaya pada Ak. Keduanya kemudian dipertemukan dengan seorang agen penghubung Indonesia-Malaysia di Malaysia. Pertemuan ini memberikan Ak kepercayaan untuk mengkoordinir operasi pengiriman timah.
Namun, hubungan mereka retak. Ak disebut tidak lagi melibatkan Godfather dalam pengiriman ketiga dan seterusnya, hingga akhirnya operasi tersebut berhasil digagalkan oleh tim Lanal Babel.
“Untuk pengiriman ketiga dan seterusnya kita tidak tahu lagi berapa, karena Godfather tidak dilibatkan sampai pengiriman yang terakhir terbongkar itu,” ungkap sumber.
Godfather mengetahui aktivitas Ak dari koneksinya. Ia merasa dikhianati karena Ak melupakan jasanya yang telah membuka jalan ke Malaysia. Keretakan hubungan ini diduga menjadi pemicu terungkapnya kasus penyelundupan timah di Tuing.
PerkaraNews telah mencoba menghubungi Pwa Penerangan Lanal Babel, Lettu Roy, untuk memverifikasi status Ak dan menanyakan kelanjutan penyidikan kasus ini, namun belum mendapat balasan.
Upaya untuk memvalidasi foto dan keberadaan Ak yang dikabarkan telah ditahan di Mako Lanal Babel juga masih terus dilakukan.
Informasi dari sumber menyebutkan bahwa sekitar 3.000 ton timah telah dikirim ke Malaysia melalui jalur penyelundupan sejak tahun lalu. Timah tersebut rencananya akan dikirim ke Tiongkok melalui Klantan, Malaysia.
“Dari data per Desember 2024 kemarin, 3000-an ton timah sudah dikirim ke Malaysia, yang nanti bakal dikirim lagi ke China (RRT),” papar sumber.
Sumber juga mengungkapkan bahwa satu-satunya institusi hukum yang ditakuti oleh para pelaku penyelundupan timah adalah Kejaksaan Agung RI.
“Untuk saat ini mereka hanya khawatir dengan Kejagung, gara-gara kasus timah Rp300 triliun itu lah. Selesai kalau Kejaksaan yang turun tangan ini, bang,” ungkapnya.
Dalam pemberitaan Jilid I, setelah tim Lanal Babel menahan beberapa orang yang terlibat dalam penyergapan di Tuing, beredar kabar bahwa Ak juga telah diamankan di Mako Lanal Babel.

Ak, yang merupakan warga Kampung Jawa, Sungailiat, disebut telah lebih dari tiga kali menyelundupkan timah ke Kuantan, Malaysia. Pada penyelundupan pertama, Ak meminta bantuan dari seorang penghubung Bangka-Malaysia dan mengaku membawa titipan bos timah Sungailiat.
“Ak pertama kali meminta tolong sama seorang penghubung Bangka-Malaysia. Ketemu lah lalu mereka, dan dengar ceritanya Ak ini bilang jika timah yang mau diselundupkan ini punya bos timah Sungailiat,” papar sumber.
Setelah sukses dengan penyelundupan pertama, Ak dipertemukan dengan seorang agen penghubung asal Malaysia yang merupakan kaki kanan kelompok bohir timah di Malaysia.
“Ak ini pernah dipertemukan dengan si agen di Malaysia. Dia ini penghubung yang mengurusi timah selundupan dari Indonesia ke Malaysia, khususnya dari Babel, termasuk koordinasinya si agen yang atur agar barangnya selamat sampai Kuantan,” katanya.
Saat ini, Ak sedang dalam proses pengumpulan informasi terkait kasus Tuing.
