JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS.COM-Pemerintah menetapkan 1 Ramadan 1446 H/2025 M jatuh pada hari Sabtu, 1 Maret 2025. Penetapan ini didasarkan pada keputusan sidang isbat (penetapan) 1 Ramadan 1446 H yang dipimpin Menteri Agama Nasaruddin Umar di Kantor Kementerian Agama, Jalan MH Thamrin Nomor 6, Jakarta, Jumat (28/2/2025).
“Sidang Isbat secara mufakat menetapkan 1 Ramadan 1446 H jatuh pada Sabtu, 1 Maret 2025,” ujar Menag dalam konferensi pers yang digelar usai Sidang Isbat Penetapan 1 Ramadan 1446 H.
Menurut Menag, sidang menyepakati keputusan tersebut karena dua hal. “Pertama, kita telah mendengar paparan Tim Hisab Rukyat Kemenag yang menyebutkan pada hari rukyat tanggal 28 Februari 2025 M, tinggi hilal di seluruh wilayah NKRI antara: 3° 05‘ 55“ atau 3,10 derajat s.d. 4° 40‘ 96“ atau 4,68 derajat,” kata Menag.
“Dengan sudut elongasi antara 4° 47‘ 02“ atau 4,78 derajat s.d. 6° 24‘ 14“ atau 6,40 derajat,” sambungnya.
Artinya, secara hisab posisi hilal di Indonesia saat sidang isbat awal Ramadan 1446 H, pada hari rukyat 29 Sya’ban 1446 H/28 Februari 2025 M posisi hilal di wilayah NKRI ada yang telah memenuhi kriteria tinggi hilal minimum 3° dan sudut elongasi minimum 6,4°. Ini sesuai dengan kriteria baru yang ditetapkan MABIMS (Menteri Agama Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Singapura). Diketahui, pada 2021 Menteri Agama anggota MABIMS menyepakati kriteria baru yaitu tinggi hilal 3 derajat dan elongasi 6,4 derajat.
Menag mengungkapkan, terutama di wilayah Barat Laut di Provinsi Aceh NKRI termasuk di Sabang dan Banda Aceh telah memenuhi kriteria visibilitas hilal MABIMS (3-6,4°). Oleh karenanya menjelang awal Ramadan 1446 H pada hari rukyat di daerah yang telah memenuhi imkan rukyat ini secara teoritis memungkinkan hilal awal Ramadan 1446 H dapat dirukyat.
Hal ini selanjutnya terkonfirmasi oleh pernyataan para perukyah yang diturunkan Kemenag. Pada tahun ini, rukyah dilaksanakan Kemenag di 125 titik di Indonesia. “Kita mendengar laporan dari sejumlah perukyah hilal yang bekerja di bawah sumpah, mulai dari Aceh hingga Papua. Di 125 titik tersebut, tadi dilaporkan oleh Dirjen Bimas Islam, bahwa ada dua perukyah di Aceh yang melihat hilal. Keduanya juga telah disumpah atas pernyataannya tersebut,” ujar Menag yang didampingi Wakil Menteri Agama Romo Syafi’i, Ketua Komisi VIII DPR Marwan Dasopang, Ketua MUI KH Abdullah Jaidi, dan Dirjen Bimas Islam Abu Rokhmad.
“Karena dua alasan tersebut, Sidang Isbat menyepakati 1 Ramadan 1446 H jatuh pada hari Sabtu, 1 Maret 2025,” tegas Menag.
“Dengan penetapan ini, kami berharap seluruh umat Islam dapat menjalankan ibadah puasa dengan penuh kekhusyukan,” tutur Menag.
Menag berharap Ramadan kali ini dapat memberikan energi positif yang penuh kebaikan bagi perjalanan bangsa. “Ramadan bukan hanya sekedar hubungan vertikal. Tapi juga tentang kasih sayang kepada sesama. Sebab seorang muslim sejati tidak hanya bercermin kepada Tuhan. Tetapi juga kepada manusia dan lingkungan sekitarnya,” pesan Menag.
“Ramadan mengajarkan bahwa kebahagiaan sejati bukan hanya pada apa yang kita genggam, tetapi pada apa yang kita lepaskan, seberapa tulus yang kita bagikan.
