Dugaan Money Politics Warnai Pilkada Bangka Barat, Oknum Penjabat Publik dan Mahasiswa Diduga Terlibat

BANGKA BARAT – Kasus dugaan money politics atau politik uang mencuat dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Bangka Barat. Kasus ini diduga melibatkan oknum penjabat publik dari komisi penyiaran dan mahasiswa dari universitas di Bangka Belitung.

Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, Kabupaten Bangka Barat memiliki 6 kecamatan dan 60 desa. Jumlah anggaran yang fantastis harus disiapkan jika satu desa menerima uang tunai sebesar Rp 110.000.000 untuk memenangkan pesta demokrasi yang ternoda oleh praktik kotor tersebut.

Dugaan keterlibatan oknum intelektual dan seorang pendidik dalam kasus ini sangat disayangkan. Pasalnya, mereka seharusnya memberikan contoh yang baik, bukan sebaliknya.

Kasus ini mencuat dalam sidang Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) yang dipimpin oleh Ketua Panel 1 MK, Suhartoyo, dengan didampingi hakim konstitusi Daniel Yusmic P. Foekh serta M. Guntur Hamzah. Sidang berlangsung selama tiga jam dengan menghadirkan saksi dari pemohon, pihak terkait, dan KPU Kabupaten Bangka Barat.

Salah satu saksi pemohon, Rizaldi, yang mengaku sebagai koordinator desa (kordes) untuk desa Sinar Manik, mengungkapkan bahwa ia menerima perintah dari Dr. Kodri, yang disebut sebagai tim sukses pasangan calon nomor urut 2, Markus dan H. Yus Derahman, untuk mencari warga yang mau memilih pasangan tersebut.

“Saya mendapat perintah langsung dari Dr. Kodri untuk mencari warga yang mau memilih paslon 02. Setelah mendapatkan perintah tersebut, kemudian saya menyetorkan 148 nama disertai dengan copy KTP,” kata Rizaldi di depan majelis hakim.

Rizaldi melanjutkan, dari 148 nama yang disetorkan, tim verifikasi yang dibentuk oleh Dr. Kodri menyisakan 110 nama. Pada tanggal 26 November 2024, satu hari sebelum pemungutan suara, ia menerima uang dari Markus di kediamannya bersama dengan kordes-kordes lainnya.

“Setelah diverifikasi, nama-nama yang saya setorkan masih berjumlah 110 nama, masing-masing diberikan sebesar Rp100.000 dengan total uang yang saya terima sebesar Rp11 juta ditambah honor saya sebagai kordes sebesar Rp1,5 juta,” terang Rizaldi.

Kasus ini menjadi perhatian serius dan diharapkan dapat diusut tuntas untuk menjaga integritas demokrasi di Bangka Barat
