BANGKA BARAT,PERKARANEWS.COM – Kasus dugaan politik uang atau money politics dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Bangka Barat terus menjadi sorotan. Setelah kesaksian seorang mantan narapidana di Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK), kini seorang akademisi dari Universitas Bangka Belitung (UBB) turut angkat bicara.
Dalam sidang MK yang dipimpin oleh Ketua Panel 1 MK, Suhartoyo, saksi bernama Rizaldi, yang mengaku sebagai koordinator desa (kordes) untuk desa Sinar Manik, mengungkapkan bahwa ia menerima perintah dari Dr. Kodri, yang disebut sebagai tim sukses pasangan calon nomor urut 2, Markus dan H. Yus Derahman, untuk mencari warga yang mau memilih pasangan tersebut.
Rizaldi mengaku menerima uang dari Markus di kediamannya bersama dengan kordes-kordes lainnya, satu hari sebelum pemungutan suara.
“Setelah diverifikasi, nama-nama yang saya setorkan masih berjumlah 110 nama, masing-masing diberikan sebesar Rp100.000 dengan total uang yang saya terima sebesar Rp11 juta ditambah honor saya sebagai kordes sebesar Rp1,5 juta,” terang Rizaldi.
Menanggapi kesaksian tersebut, seorang dosen Universitas Bangka Belitung (UBB), Ranto MA, memberikan tanggapan yang cukup kontroversial. Ia menyoroti status Rizaldi sebagai mantan narapidana narkoba dan mempertanyakan kualitas kesaksiannya.
“Ke depan para saksi yang dihadirkan dalam persidangan MK perlu dites rambut, kuku dan lainnya apakah terpengaruh zat-zat terlarang, apalagi status mantan napi narkoba,” cetus Ranto.
Ranto juga mengkritik kesaksian Rizaldi yang dianggap di luar petitum yang dimohon oleh pemohon. Ia menilai penting untuk menjaga kualitas keterangan saksi-saksi yang dihadirkan di persidangan MK.
Pernyataan Ranto ini menuai berbagai reaksi. Sebagian pihak menilai Ranto tidak etis dan merendahkan martabat manusia yang sudah menjalani masa hukumannya.
Selain itu, Ranto juga dianggap tidak terima jika ada dugaan politik uang dalam kontestasi pilkada, dan terkesan ingin mengaburkan fakta dengan mengiring opini publik bahwa mantan napi narkoba tidak boleh bicara jujur dalam persidangan MK.
Kasus ini menjadi sorotan tajam terhadap integritas Pilkada Bangka Barat. Dugaan keterlibatan kaum intelektual dalam praktik politik uang mencoreng demokrasi dan merusak kepercayaan publik terhadap proses pemilihan. Masyarakat menuntut agar aparat penegak hukum bertindak tegas dan mengusut tuntas kasus ini.(Yuko)
