JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS.COM – Sengketa seputar perhitungan kerugian negara dalam kasus korupsi tata niaga komoditas timah di PT Timah terus bergulir. Angka fantastis Rp271 triliun yang diajukan oleh ahli lingkungan, Prof. Bambang Hero Saharjo, kini menjadi sorotan tajam.
Dalam Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) bersama Komisi III DPR RI, masyarakat Bangka Belitung mendesak agar Kejaksaan Agung dan Prof. Bambang Hero Saharjo memberikan klarifikasi terkait perhitungan tersebut.
Anggota Komisi III, Soedeson Tandra, menyatakan, “Kami akan memanggil Jaksa Agung Muda Pidana Khusus untuk menjelaskan perkara ini.”ungkapnya
Politisi Partai Golkar ini juga menyoroti penanganan kasus yang dianggapnya tidak sesuai prosedur.
“Kerugian negara harus dibuktikan secara nyata, bukan hanya sekedar anggapan,” tegasnya.
Senada dengan Soedeson, Hinca Panjahitan dari Partai Demokrat menilai bahwa perhitungan Prof. Bambang Hero Saharjo tidak terbukti di persidangan.
“Ia seperti pahlawan yang datang membawa kabar gembira, namun faktanya di pengadilan tidak terbukti,” ujarnya.
Masyarakat Bangka Belitung yang melaporkan Prof. Bambang Hero Saharjo ke Polda Babel juga membantah tuduhan kriminalisasi.
“Ini bukan kriminalisasi, melainkan upaya untuk meminta pertanggungjawaban atas pernyataan yang telah disampaikan,” tegas Hinca.
Ketua Komisi III DPR RI, Habiburohman, menyatakan bahwa pihaknya akan menindaklanjuti permintaan masyarakat Bangka Belitung.
“Kami akan mengadakan rapat kerja dengan Jaksa Agung Muda Pidana Khusus untuk membahas perhitungan kerugian negara Rp271 triliun,”pungkasnya
