PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Wakil Ketua DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Babel), Eddy Iskandar, membuktikan komitmennya dengan kembali hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat RT 007 RW 002 Kelurahan Kampak, Kecamatan Jerambah Gantung, pada Sabtu (18/1). Kehadiran ini merupakan realisasi janji yang diutarakannya sebelum Pemilihan Legislatif (Pileg), di mana ia berjanji akan kembali untuk mendengarkan aspirasi warga jika terpilih. Meskipun diguyur hujan, antusiasme warga untuk bertemu dan menyampaikan aspirasi kepada legislator provinsi ini tetap tinggi.
Dalam sambutannya, Eddy Iskandar menyampaikan rasa terima kasih kepada warga atas kepercayaan yang telah diberikan. Ia menegaskan kesiapannya untuk menampung dan memperjuangkan aspirasi yang disampaikan. Ia juga memaparkan prioritas kerjanya di DPRD Provinsi bersama anggota DPRD Babel dari Daerah Pemilihan (Dapil) Pangkalpinang lainnya, menekankan sinergi dan kolaborasi untuk kemajuan daerah.
Warga yang hadir memanfaatkan kesempatan tersebut untuk menyampaikan sejumlah aspirasi, di antaranya permohonan perhatian pemerintah provinsi terkait pengaspalan jalan dan penerangan jalan umum. Selain itu, isu keamanan dan ketertiban lingkungan juga menjadi keluhan yang disampaikan warga kepada wakil rakyat tersebut.
Menanggapi aspirasi warga terkait infrastruktur jalan, Eddy Iskandar menjelaskan bahwa jalan di kawasan tersebut merupakan kewenangan Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot). Namun, mengingat sinergi yang telah terjalin baik antara Pemkot dan DPRD Babel, ia berjanji akan menyampaikan aspirasi warga ini kepada Pemkot Pangkalpinang untuk ditindaklanjuti. Ia juga menambahkan bahwa Pemkot saat ini tengah fokus pada Pilkada ulang, dan pihaknya akan mengawal aspirasi warga ini pada tahun berikutnya.
Terkait penerangan jalan, Eddy Iskandar mengungkapkan bahwa pengupayaan penerangan akan diusahakan di beberapa titik pada tahun ini, meskipun jumlahnya terbatas. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pembagian kuota lampu tenaga surya dari pusat yang harus merata di seluruh 7 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Babel. Ia berjanji akan mengupayakan alokasi yang lebih proporsional untuk wilayah Kampak.
Mengenai masalah keamanan dan ketertiban yang dikeluhkan warga, Eddy Iskandar menyatakan akan menyampaikan hal ini kepada Kapolda Babel. Ia juga memberikan apresiasi atas responsifnya Kapolda Babel terhadap berbagai aduan masyarakat selama ini, berharap sinergi antara masyarakat dan aparat keamanan dapat terus ditingkatkan.
Menutup acara reses, Eddy Iskandar memberikan pesan kepada warga untuk proaktif melihat dan memanfaatkan setiap peluang perbaikan ekonomi di masyarakat. Ia mencontohkan peluang menjadi pemasok bahan makanan pada program makan bergizi gratis dari pemerintah pusat. Ia menekankan pentingnya perputaran dana dari pusat di dalam Babel, dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal dan menghindari pembelian bahan makanan dari luar daerah, sehingga memberikan dampak ekonomi yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat Babel.(MJ01)
