PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Ribuan pelari mulai dari anak-anak hingga dewasa ramaikan ajang TNI Babel Run 2024 yang diselenggarakan pada Minggu, (27/10/2024) pagi ini. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan Makorem 045/Garuda Jaya (Gaya) ini merupakan salah satu rangkaian dalam rangka memperingati Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) ke-79 TNI.
Dari ribuan pelari turut serta pula Penjabat (Pj) Ketua Tim Penggerak (TP) PKK Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung (Kep. Babel), Dya Sugito. Tak kalah antusias dengan pelari lainnya, istri Pj Gubernur ini jauh-jauh sudah mempersiakan diri untuk mengikuti lomba lari kategori 5 K bersama dengan istri Forkopimda.
Usai bersama menyaksikan bendera start dikibarkan oleh Danrem 045/Gaya Brigadir Jenderal TNI Safta Feryansyah, dengan semangat Dya memulai berbaur dengan pelari lainnya. Walau tak langsung kencang, namun dirinya tetap menyelesaikan perlombaan hingga garis finish.
Dalam sambutannya, Danrem 045/Gaya Brigadir Jenderal TNI Safta Feryansyah menyampaikan apresiasi terhadap antusias pelari yang mengikuti TNI Babel Run 2024. Event ini merupakan bagian rangkaian dari acara menyemarakan HUT TNI 2024.
“Semoga acara ini memberikan manfaat besar, serta melahirkan atlet muda berprestasi. Dan juga membentuk jiwa sportifitas, karakter yang tangguh dan produktif di masa mendatang,” ucapnya.
SementaraPj Ketua Dya Sugito mengaku senang dapat berpartisipasi di lomba lari TNI Babel Run 2024.
“Alhamdulillah finish di 5K saja. Olahraga lari sendiri memang saat ini menjadi olahraga kegemaran baru masyarakat, termasuk di Babel ini,” ujar Pj Ketua Dya.
Lebih lanjut Pj Ketua Dya menuturkan kegiatan tersebut merupakan satu pola hidup sehat di masyarakat. Dengan olahraga, masyarakat tidak hanya sehat secara fisik, namun menyehatkan jiwa.
