BANGKA,PERKARANEWS-Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung (Polman Babel) terus menunjukkan keunggulan dalam memperkuat jaringan global dengan mengirimkan dua mahasiswa berprestasi, Franky dan Reddy, untuk melanjutkan studi selama satu semester di Asia University, Taiwan.
Keberangkatan yang berlangsung pada Selasa (03/09/2024) ini merupakan bagian dari program pertukaran pelajar yang dirancang untuk memberikan wawasan internasional bagi mahasiswa.
Program pertukaran pelajar ini bukanlah yang pertama bagi Polman Babel. Sebelumnya, Ragil, salah satu mahasiswa unggulan, telah memulai perjalanan akademiknya di New Zealand.
Dalam waktu dekat, tiga mahasiswa lainnya akan mengejar pengalaman akademik mereka di Porto, Polandia, dan Taiwan, menandai ekspansi internasional Polman Babel yang semakin luas.
Ir. Dedy Ramdhani Harahap, M.Sc.(Eng), Ketua Pusat Karir dan Kerjasama Polman Babel, mengungkapkan bahwa keberhasilan ini tidak lepas dari persiapan yang matang dan terstruktur yang dilakukan oleh tim program IISMA.
“Kami memastikan mahasiswa kami siap secara akademik dan administratif untuk menghadapi tantangan di lingkungan internasional,” ujarnya.
Persiapan ini mencakup pelatihan intensif mulai dari pemberkasan hingga wawancara, dengan tujuan mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk bersaing di tingkat global.
Dedy juga mengapresiasi kontribusi Sari Mubaroh, Adhi Budiono, Susanto dan Shanty Dwi Krishnaningsih yang telah bekerja tanpa lelah dalam mengelola dokumen pendaftaran, laporan, dan pengurusan visa.
“Kolaborasi ini adalah bukti nyata dari dukungan penuh pihak kampus yang sangat esensial dalam kesuksesan program ini,” tambahnya.
Dalam pandangannya, semakin banyak mahasiswa yang mengikuti program ini, semakin besar pula manfaat yang dapat diperoleh dari pengalaman belajar di lingkungan akademik internasional.
“Kami berharap lebih banyak mahasiswa yang tertarik untuk bergabung dalam program IISMA di tahun-tahun mendatang, karena ini adalah kesempatan emas untuk mengembangkan diri dan meningkatkan kompetensi di kancah global,” ungkap Dedy.
Dengan keberangkatan ini, Polman Babel tak hanya memperluas jaringan internasionalnya, tetapi juga membuktikan bahwa kualitas pendidikannya mampu bersaing di tingkat global, memperkokoh posisinya sebagai institusi pendidikan yang berorientasi pada masa depan. (YUKO/Humas)
