SUNGAILIAT,PERKARANEWS – Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung, telah melaksanakan acara penyerahan Surat Keputusan (SK) Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) kepada 38 orang di Gedung Kuliah Bersama Lantai III, Rabu (30/7/2024).

Acara ini dihadiri oleh sejumlah pejabat penting, termasuk Direktur, Wakil Direktur I, Wakil Direktur II, Wakil Direktur III, Dosen, dan para tamu undangan civitas akademika kampus Polman Babel.

Direktur Polman Babel, I Made Andik Setiawan, M.Eng.,Ph.D. menyampaikan rasa bangga dan apresiasi yang mendalam kepada para CPNS yang menerima SK pada hari ini. Dalam sambutannya, beliau menggarisbawahi beberapa poin penting terkait tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil, dan dapat dapat segera beradaptasi dan berkontribusi dalam menciptakan atmosfer akademik yang inovatif di kampus,” ujarnya.

Beliau juga menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi dan kerja sama antar sesama rekan kerja serta dengan instansi lain. “Kerja sama tim adalah kunci keberhasilan. Jangan ragu untuk berbagi ilmu, pengalaman, dan inovasi demi mencapai tujuan bersama,” tambahnya.

Ia juga mengajak para CPNS untuk selalu mengembangkan diri dan meningkatkan kompetensi. “Dunia terus berkembang, begitu pula dengan tuntutan pekerjaan kita. Saya mengajak kalian untuk terus belajar dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan, agar kita selalu siap menghadapi tantangan yang ada,” tegas I Made

Sementara itu Subbag Keuangan dan Kepegawaian, Wahyuni Anggraini, S.E. juga memberikan pemaparan dalam menyampaikan beberapa poin penting terkait dengan aspek administrasi keuangan, kepegawaian dan dimulai dari Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP) beserta peraturan yang berlaku bagi seluruh pegawai kampus Polman Babel.

“Setiap pegawai harus memahami dan mematuhi aturan-aturan kepegawaian dan keuangan yang ada. Dalam pengelolaan anggaran dan menjadi pegawai yang baik dan benar adalah kunci untuk mencapai efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam pelayanan publik,” sebutnya.

Selain itu, beliau juga mengingatkan agar para CPNS yang Baru selalu transparan dan akuntabel dalam setiap penggunaan dana. “Transparansi dan akuntabilitas adalah hal yang tidak bisa ditawar-tawar. Mari kita bekerja dengan jujur dan bertanggung jawab demi kemajuan bersama,” ungkapnya.(Yuko)
