Lulus Seleksi Administrasi, 63 Pendaftar Program Kelas Beasiswa PT Timah Pada SMAN 1 Pemali

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Sebanyak 63 pelajar lulus seleksi administrasi Kelas Beasiswa program Pemali Boarding School pada SMAN 1 Pemali Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Pelajar yang lulus ini berasal dari Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dan Provinsi Riau, pada Senin (29/4/2024).

Adapun rincian pelajar yang lulus seleksi administrasi kelas beasiswa PT Timah pada SMAN 1 Pemali yakni 50 siswa dari Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Kabupaten Karimun Provinsi Kepulauan Riau sebanyak 10 siswa dan tiga siswa dari Kabupaten Meranti Provinsi Riau.

Sebelumnya, diketahui 211 siswa yang mendaftar dalam program Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) Kelas Beasiswa PT Timah pada SMAN 1 Pemali tahun ajaran 2024/2025 setelah dibuka pada 1-25 April lalu.

Para peserta yang telah lulus seleksi administrasi akan melanjutkan untuk mengikuti tes Potensi Akademik, Psikotes, Wawancara, Psikologi Klinis dan Validasi Dokumen yang akan dimulai pada 13 Mei 2024 mendatang.

Program kelas beasiswa ini diperuntukkan bagi pelajar yang berprestasi dan kurang beruntung secara ekonomi. Sehingga dengan pendidikan ini diharapkan mampu memperbaiki tingkat pendidikan dan ekonomi keluarga.

Selain itu, pogram kelas Beasiswa yang sudah dimulai sejak tahun 2000 silam merupakan upaya anggota Holding Industri Pertambangan MIND ID, PT Timah untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia di lingkar tambang.

Tahun ini, PT Timah menerima sebanyak 36 siswa dalam program Kelas Beasiswa pada SMAN 1 Pemali ini. Para pelajar yang lulus nantinya akan mendapatkan fasilitas pendidikan dan tempat tinggal di asrama.

Kepala Bidang Komunikasi Perusahaan PT Timah, Anggi Siahaan mengatakan para siswa yang sudah dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi untuk selalu memantau informasi perkembangan tes melalui laman https://ppdb2024.beasiswatimah.com/home.php.

“Semua proses seleksi gratis dan tidak dipungut biaya, bagi peserta yang sudah lulus seleksi administrasi untuk dapat memantau informasi melalui lama resmi. Kami berharap yang belum lulus jangan berkecil hati dan bagi yang sudah lulus untuk mempersiapkan diri mengikuti tes selanjutnya,” pesannya.

Seleksi PPDB Kelas Beasiswa PT Timah Program Pemali Boarding School dilaksanakan secara transparan dan akuntabel. Panitia seleksi melibatkan Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Perwakilan SMAN 1 Pemali, Tim Divisi CSR PT Timah Tbk dan pengurus asrama Program kelas Beasiswa PT Timah Tbk.(Yuko)
