PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — Kasus korupsi tata niaga Pertimahan di izin usaha pertambangan timah PT Timah sudah menjadi sorotan publik yang begitu luas. Dugaan kerugian negara hingga 271 trilun rupiah disebut-sebut korupsi berjamaah dan hingga hari ini sudab 16 tersangka yang ditetapkan oleh Kejaksaan Agung.
Kasus korupsi yang melibatkan para mantan petinggi PT Timah memberi imbas bagi karyawan secara psikologis. Selain disebabkan berkembangnya isu Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK), hingga teka-teki siapa lagi petinggi-petinggi PT Timah yang akan ditersangkakan.
Ketua Ikatan Karyawan Timah (IKT) Pangkalpinang, Riki Febriansyah mengungkapkan saat ini banyak karyawan terganggu dengan banyak masyarakat yang menganggap PT Timah sarang korupsi akibat kasus yang saat ini sedang ramai dibicarakan oleh masyarakat, Senin (1/4/2024).
“Kami hanya menjalankan operasional dan sangat mengedepankan aturan-aturan yang berlaku. Kewajiban dalam menjalankan operasinal dan kontribusi bagi masyarakat jelas seperti apa pola kemitraan juga diatur sedemikian rupa agar bisa memberi pengaruh positif terhadap ekonomi dan lingkungan. Hanya karena perbuatan satu dua oknum, kita semua kena imbas. Sungguh sangat kita sayangkan,” katanya saat dihubungi melalui sambungan telepon.
Ketua IKT Wilayah Pangkalpinang menegaskan proses penegakan hukum yang saat ini ditangani Kejaksaan Agung akan menjadi waktu yang tepat untuk negara kembali mengevaluasi dan memperbaiki tata kelola pertambangan timah.
“Kita semuanya tahu, selama ini masyarakat diajak menambang tanpa mengenal aturan. Ini memang sengaja dilakukan pembiaran karena akan menguntungkan pihak-pihak tertentu. Tapi ketika kasus korupsi timah mulai diselidiki oleh kejagung dan semuanya terbongkar, dan semua yang terdampak merasakan susahnya perekomonian mereka yang selama inibergantung dengan timah,” kata Riki.
Ketua IKT Pangkalpinang berharap akan ada perbaikan tata kelola pertambangan timah yang dilakukan kedepannya bisa mengakomodir masyarakat penambang, tapi harus sesuai aturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku dinegeri ini.
“Selama ini sudah ada ketentuan kemitraan yang melibatkan masyarakat. Tapi sayang hanya bisa bagi mayoritas masyarakat di Bangka Belitung, dikarena aturan terlalu susah. Tapi hanya sebagian kecil yang bisa bermitra. Ini lah yang membuat banyaknya kelompok masyarakat bekerja secara ilegal dan muncul kolektor-kolektor timah yang membeli timah dari hasil tambang ilegal,” sebutnya.
Ia juga menambahkan sudah saatnya manajemen perusahaan bisa mengambil langkah-langkah tegas menyelamatkan perusahaan agar tetap eksis kedepan. Meski kasus hukum sangat mengganggu, kata dia, ribuan karyawan dan masyarakat tetap mendukung dan berharap kinerja perusahaan membaik kedepan.
“Saat banyak karyawan yang tetap royal serta bersemangat mendedikasikan diri untuk kemajuan perusahaan dan tindak tegas saja oknum yang malah menjadi daging busuk didalam dan merusak citra perusahaan. Kami tidak menginginkan kasus korupsi ini menjadi awal jatuhnya perusahaan. Tapi ini momen untuk kita bangkit bersama kedepannya. Dimana PT Timah eksis, negara untung dan masyarakat sejahtera,” tegasnya. (Yuko)
