JAKARTA,PERKARANEWS — Ikatan Mahasiswa Bangka Jakarta Raya (ISBA JAYA) mengucapkan terimakasih dan memberikan apresiasi atas kehadiran Ketua DPRD beserta Komisi IV DPRD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung di Asrama ISBA JAYA di Lenteng Agung, Jakarta Selatan, Sabtu (9/3/2024).
“Kami sangat berterimakasih melalui undangan yang kami kirimkan, bapak ibu berkenan hadir. kami sangat antusias untuk bertemu bapak ibu karena rasanya beberapa tahun terakhir belum bertemu dan silaturahmi secara langsung dengan bapak ibu,” ungkap Ketua ISBA JAYA, Tris Munandar.
Disampaikan ketua ISBA JAYA selain silaturahmi, juga ingin berkonsultasi terkait beasiswa yang disediakan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Bangka Belitung dan sarana prasarana yang ada di asrama.
Merespon pernyataan tersebut Ketua DPRD Provinsi Kep. Babel, Herman Suhadi merasa senang dan terharu karena telah diundang oleh mahasiswa yang terangkum dalam ISBA JAYA.
“Kami sangat bahagia dan terharu karena anak-anak kami mau menyampaikan secara langsung kebutuhannya kepada kami khususnya terkait beasiswa. selain di forum resmi seperti ini, kami juga terbuka untuk berkomunikasi dengan anak-anak kami ini secara non formal,” ujarnya
Herman juga bangga terhadap semangat generasi muda anak-anak Kep. Babel dalam menuntut ilmu di ibukota. Dirinya berpesan agar konsisten dan disiplin dengan pendidikannya serta tidak mengecewakan orang tua.
“Jangan lupakan tujuan kita disini dan yang terpenting jangan kecewakan orang tua yang ada di kampung halaman,” lanjut politisi PDI Perjuangan tersebut.
Ketua Komisi IV, Marsidi H Satar juga turut mengapresiasi kemauan anak-anak ISBA JAYA yang selalu ingin berkembang dan bersemangat dalam menuntut ilmu.
“Apresiasi kami untuk anak-anak kami yang selalu mau maju dan berkembang. terkait dengan beasiswa kita di Pemprov Babel difasilitiasi oleh Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat,” ungkapnya.
Dijelaskan Marsidi, secara umum ada 3 beasiswa. Beasiswa kerjasama, beasiswa prestasi, dan beasiswa bansos pendidikan.
Dimana format untuk pengajuan beasiswa sudah disiapkan pemerintah provinsi. Dan bagi masyarakat ataupun mahasiswa dapat menyesuaikan dengan beasiswa mana yang cocok dan memenuhi syarat.
“Semua informasi beasiswa bisa didapatkan di biro Kesra Pemprov, silahkan anak-anak sekalian mempelajari syarat dan ketentuannya,” tukasnya.
Sekretaris Komisi IV, Johansen Tumanggor juga memotivasi dan menyampaikan harapannya agar ISBA JAYA dapat berkontribusi untuk Bangka Belitung.
“anak-anak kami yang sedang menimba ilmu di ibukota ini harapan kami harus tetap peka dengan kampung halamannya. jika memang ada masukan dan saran silahkan disampaikan saja melalui kami. sehingga kedepannya Bangka Belitung dapat menjadi lebih baik,” pungkasnya. (Yuko)
