Dunia Kesehatan Babel Memanas: Dugaan Pembunuhan Karakter Dokter Junior Hingga Restorasi Justice Ujaran Kebencian Terganjal

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS.COM– Kabar kurang sedap menerpa dunia kesehatan di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Upaya dugaan pembunuhan karakter terhadap dokter junior oleh sejumlah oknum dokter senior mencuat ke permukaan, bersamaan dengan jalan buntu dalam upaya restorasi justice kasus ujaran kebencian dan fitnah di media sosial TikTok yang melibatkan akun Anak Muda O Opos.

Informasi yang dihimpun redaksi Perkaranews.com mengungkap adanya serangkaian pertemuan antara perwakilan tersangka, keluarga besar korban, hingga melibatkan pejabat tinggi di Bumi Serumpun Sebalai dengan harapan permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan.

Namun, alih-alih menemukan titik terang, permasalahan baru justru bermunculan. Setelah pihak kepolisian menetapkan dua orang tersangka dalam kasus ujaran kebencian dan fitnah terhadap Direktur RSUD Depati Hamzah dan dokter spesialis jantung, dr. Bayu Kuncoroaji, muncul kabar keterlibatan oknum dokter sejawat lainnya.

Lebih lanjut, informasi yang diterima Perkaranews.com juga menyebutkan bahwa tuduhan malpraktik yang dialamatkan kepada dr. Bayu Kuncoroaji di RSUD Depati Hamzah hingga saat ini tidak terbukti. Kendati demikian, pihak kepolisian kini tengah memproses seorang dokter spesialis anak yang menangani pasien Aldo yang meninggal dunia dan sempat menjadi isu malpraktik.

Hingga berita ini diturunkan, kasus ujaran kebencian dan fitnah telah memasuki tahap penahanan tersangka dan dikabarkan akan segera P21 di kejaksaan.

Berbagai upaya mediasi terus dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak untuk mencari solusi terbaik, baik untuk kasus ujaran kebencian dan fitnah terhadap RSUD Depati Hamzah maupun dugaan malpraktik atas meninggalnya pasien Aldo yang sempat viral.

Ironisnya, pelaku utama yang telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam kasus ujaran kebencian dan fitnah masih enggan mengungkap nama-nama lain yang diduga turut terlibat.

Selain itu, belum terungkap pula aktor intelektual di balik provokasi mahasiswa yang melakukan demonstrasi terkait dugaan malpraktik palsu di RSUD Depati Hamzah atas meninggalnya pasien Aldo.
