BANGKA,PERKARANEWS — Badan Pengwas Pemilu (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Bangka memperoses dugaan pelanggaran Pemilu 2024 yang di laporkan Caleg Andi Kusuma kepada dua orang saksi partai yang berinisial Ar dan DF di Kabupetan Bangka. Berkas laporannya segera dilimpahkan ke forum Penegakan Hukum Terpadu (Gakkumdu).
“Dari kajian awal kami putuskan menjadi temuan dugaan pelanggaran Pemilihan Umum,” Kata Koordinator Divisi Penanganan Pelanggaran dan Penyelesaian Sengketa (P3S) Bawaslu Bangka, Fega Erora, Sabtu (30/3/2024).
Fega mengatakan laporan tersebut akan di tindak lanjuti dan segera di registras. Selanjutnya dilakukan penyelidikan pada, Sentra Penegakan Hukum Terpadu Pemilihan Umum (Gakkumdu).
“Nanti akan dilakukan pemangggilan pemeriksaan saksi-saksi baik terlapor maupun pelapor,” katanya.
Diketahui sebelum Bawaslu Kabupaten Bangka mendapatkan laporan dugaan telah terjadi kecurangan, penggelembungan (markup) suara yang melibatkan saksi partai politik (parpol).
Laporan tersebut dilayangkan lantaran adanya dugaan ketidak-berimbangan oknum saksi partai yang dianggap telah membuat pemufakatan jahat dengan pihak tertentu, sehingga menyebabkan hilangnya suara dari kliennya Andi Kusuma.
Budiyono selaku kuasa hukum Andi Kusuma mengatakan, saksi Ar sebagai seorang saksi partai seharusnya dapat mengakomodir seluruh peserta pemilu dari partai tersebut. Namun, kenyataannya masih jauh dari harapan.
Dikatakan Budiyono, pada rapat pleno rekapitulasi suara di Kabupaten Bangka pada 29 Februari 2024 kemarin, Ar berusaha mengabaikan laporan keberatan hasil rapat pleno dari pihak Andi Kusuma, dengan dalih laporan keberatan tersebut bukanlah laporan keberatan dari partai langsung.
“Dia (Ar-red) mengabaikan kepentingan soal laporan tersebut, tidak layak dibahas karena laporan tersebut bukanlah keberatan partai melainkan keberatan pribadi dari Andi Kusuma sebagai Caleg. Silakan keberatan sebagai pribadi karena dia (Ar-red) sebagai saksi partai seolah hanya dia (Ar-red) yang punya akses melakukan keberatan. Diluar itu tidak diperkenankan oleh dia (Ar-red), itu kan tidak bisa dibenarkan,” ucapnya.
Sedangkan untuk DF, lanjut Budiyono, dilaporkan karena tercatat menjadi saksi partai PAN, namun di sisi lain juga sebagai saksi partai PDI Perjuangan. Hal itu menurut Budiyono, tidak dapat dibenarkan lantaran bermain dua kaki.
“DF dari saksi partai PAN, di sisi lain saksi PDI Perjuangan, kan tidak bisa dibenarkan,” pungkasnya. (Yuko)
