PERKARANEWS.COM – Muntok , Ngeri…Menakutkan…itulah kata – kata yang terlukis saat membayangkan kejadian yang dialami Asnadi yang menjadi korban arogansi oknum anggota TNI di Bangka Barat – Bangka Belitung, marwah Tentara Nasional Indonesia ( TNI ) kembali tercoreng oleh oknum anggota TNI yang hari ini viral karena telah menculik dan menyiksa korban yang bernama Asnadi (40) warga KP. Mentok Asin RT/RW 004/010, Kelurahan Tanjung, Kecamatan Mentok, Kabupaten Bangka Barat, Sabtu (30/3/24) Siang.
Korban yang sehari hari bekerja sebagai nelayan harus rela menandatangani surat perdamaian dalam paksaan oknum aparat TNI yang bertugas di wilayah Bangka Barat Bangka Belitung yang dikenali oleh korban sebagai seorang tentara bernama ALD dan beberapa orang lainnya.
Info yang diterima redaksi malam ini sabtu 30/3 Korban dituduh telah melakukan pencurian besi seberat 25 kilogram di sebuah proyek pembangunan gedung milik pengusaha Gas terkemuka di Kota Muntok yakni MK, Ia harus terbaring lemah usai mendatangi RSUD Sejiran Setason Kabupaten Bangka Barat, untuk mengecek luka lebam akibat penganiayaan yang diduga dilakukan oleh sejumlah anggota TNI AD yang berdinas di kabupaten Bangka Barat.
Dilansir Tinta Babel, Sabtu (30/3/24) Siang. Nadi menceritakan bahwa kejadian itu pada hari Jum’at, (29/3/24) pukul 16.00 WIB. Yang mana pada saat itu ia sedang berada dilaut untuk memukat ikan. saat sampai dirumah ia mendapatkan informasi bahwa ada sejumlah tentara yang mencarinya.
“Ketika saya pulang kerumah, kata orang tua saya ada yang cari saya dengan memakai seragam tentara, kemudian orang tua saya menjawab tidak ada. Saya pun menanyakan siapa pak tentara itu, disebut orang tua saya nama nya Aldi. penasaran ahkirnya saya menyusul pak Aldi. Belum sampai dijalan aspal saya langsung di culik mereka dan motor saya ditinggalin,”kata Nadi.
Masih dikatakan pria yang berprofesi sebagai nelayan itu, bahwa ia disiksa selama 5 jam dan kembali dibawah ke Mapolsek Mentok. Namun Polsek mentok tidak bisa menerima saya karena kondisi saya sedang babak belur akibat penganiayaan yang dilakukan pada malam itu.
“Saya dipukul dan disuruh mengakui tuduhan itu padahal saya tidak melakukan apa apa, pak tapi mereka menyiksa saya seperti binatang, waktu saya di pukul itu tangan saya diingat dengan lakban juga mulut saya disumbat dengan pelastik hitam dan mata saya ditutup,” ujarnya.
Mendapatkan keterangan Nadi, Awak media mencari informasi dan mendatangi Tempat Kejaidan Perkara (TKP) dimana Nadi saat itu disiksa oleh sejumlah orang yang diduga merupakan anggota TNI AD.
Saat tiba, Awak media berhasil mememui salah satu karyawan MK bernama Jaja dan Jaja saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan kejadian itu.
“Benar kejadian itu, pak saya disini tukang masak kalau orang dipukul tadi malam ada, cuma saya tidak tau pasti, kalau saya dengar masalah orang itu maling besi cor. Itu Pak Aldi dari tentara yang pukul orang itu,”ungkap Jaja.
Terpisah Rusdan (53) saudara kandung Nadi ketika di temuin Awak Media, mengatakan dirinya tidak Terima adik kandung nya di sekap dan disiksa seperti binatang.
“Saya tidak terima pak, masa adik saya diculik dan disekap seperti itu, seperti binatang adik saya mereka siksa, saya akan melaporkan ini ke Denpom II/5 Bangka secepatnya,”kesal Rusdan.
Sementara itu, Lettu Inf Sandra dalam klarifikasinya mengatakan bahwa tidak ada anggotanya yang terlibat dan masalah tersebut sudah ada perdamaian.
“Itu sudah ada perdamaian dan saya pastikan bukan anggota TNI AD atau anggota kami, kan abang bisa lihat didalam surat itu tidak ada anggota melainkan anak bua bos di mentok, saya tidak berkenan kalau abang tulis ada keterlibatan Oknum TNI AD,” ujarnya.
Meski Lettu Inf Sandra membantah, awak media menuliskan berita sesuai pengakuan dari korban penganiayaan dan penyiksaan oleh oknum anggota TNI bernama Aldi, dalam rekaman wawancara media dengan korban sangat jelas diceritakan kebengisan oknum anggota TNI tersebut.
Dalam surat damai yang dipaksa untuk ditandatangani korban tersebut tertulis waktu yang menandakan saat surat itu dibuat dan ditandatangani pukul 00.30 Wib, dimana secara layak di Indonesia waktu yang sudah lewat tengah malam itu tak lazim digunakan untuk membuat kesepakatan damai seperti dalam surat.
Rusdan (53) saudara kandung Nadi ketika kembali di konfirmasi mengatakan surat perdamaian itu dilakukan secara di paksa untuk menandatanganinya dan disuruh mengakui perbuatan tersebut.
“Surat itu tidak sah karena saksi dari kami tidak ada, mereka membuat surat itu, karena adik saya sudah tidak tahan lagi disiksa.”kesalnya.
