Dukung Kegiatan Donor Darah, PT Timah Serahkan Puluhan Paket Sembako ke Pengurus Daerah Keluarga Alumni Gajah Mada Bangka Belitung

PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS — PT Timah mendukung kegiatan donor darah yang akan dilaksanakan oleh Pengurus Daerah Keluarga Alumni Gajah Mada (Kagama) Provinsi Bangka Belitung pada Minggu 3 Maret 2024 mendatang.

Dukungan yang diberikan PT Timah dengan menyerahkan sebanyak 70 paket sembako kepada Ketua Pengurus Kagama Bangka Belitung, Warsongko, Rabu (28/2/2024).

Nantinya puluhan paket sembako yang diberikan PT Timah ini akan dibagikan kepada para pendonor darah yang mengikuti kegiatan donor darah yang dilaksanakan akhir pekan nanti.

Ketua Pengurus Daerah Keluarga Alumni Gajah Mada (Kagama) Provinsi Bangka Belitung, Warsongko mengatakan pihaknya menggelar donor darah menyambut Bulan Suci Ramdhan 1445 Hijriah.

Ia mengatakan, berdasarkan informasi saat Bulan Ramdhan jumlah masyarakat yang mendonorkan darah menurun, sehingga dengan kegiatan donor darah ini diharapkan dapat menambah stok darah di PMI Pangkalpinang.

“Berdasarkan infomasi PMI Pangkalpinang setiap bulan puasa selalu kekurangan darah, mungkin ketika bulan Ramadhan pendonornya kurang. Jadi kami ambil sepekan menjelang ramdahan, insya allah target kami bisa terkumpul 100 kantong darah,” katanya.

Pihaknya mengapresiasi bantuan dari PT Timah berupa paket sembako, menurutnya dengan adanya paket sembako ini bisa meningkatkan minat masyarakat untuk melakukan donor darah.

“Pengalaman kami dari Kagama mengadakan donor darah dengan berbagi sembako antuasia masyarakat sangat luar biasa. Kami apresiasi PT Timah yang telah mendukung kegiatan ini. Semoga PT Timah dapat terus bermanfaat untuk masyarakat Babel,” harapnya. (Yuko)
