PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Berdasarkan siaran pers Pusat Keterangan Hukum Kejaksaan Agung Nomor. PR-1433/030/K.3/Kph.3/12/2023 Tim Penyelidikan melakukan pengeledahan dan penyitaan perkara komuditas timah PT. Timah.Tbk, Kamis (7/12/2023).
Tim penyidik pada direktorat penyidikan jaksa agung muda bidang tindakan pidana khusus, pada hari Rabu (6/12/2023) telah melakukan pengeledahan dikantor PT. SB, CV. PIP, PT. SIP, PT. TIN, CV. BS, CV. MAL, rumah kediaman saksi A di Pangkalpinang dan kediaman TW di Bangka tengah.
Pemeriksaan Tim Kejagung RI terkait tindakan pidana korupsi dalam tata kelola niaga komuditas timah diwilayah izin usaha pertambangan (IUP) PT. Timah. Tbk Tahun 2015 sampai Tahun 2022.
“Berdasarkan hasil pengeledahan, tim penyidik melakukan penyitaan terhadap barang bukti elektronik berbagai dokumen, uang tunai dalam berbagai mata uang dan surat berharga lainnya yang diduga kuat sebagai barang bukti terkait kejahatan dan/atau hasil kejahatan,” ungkap Ketut Sumedana dalam rilisnya.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Umum Kejagung RI menegaskan guna kepentingan keamanan, barang bukti uang tunai dan logam mulia telah dititipkan ke Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) cabang kota Pangkalpinang untuk sementara waktu.
“65 keping emas logam mulia seberat 1.026 gram, uang tunai Rp. 76.400.000.000, uang Dolar Amerika USD.1.547.300 dan mata uang Dolar Singapura SGD. 411.400,” jelasnya.
“Saat ini tim penyidik akan mencari fakta-fakta baru dari barang bukti tersebut guna membuat terang sesuatu tindakan pidana yang tengah dilakukan penyidik,” tutupnya. (Yuko)
