PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Sekelompok warga yang tergabung dalam Forum Pencinta Alam dan Nelayan dari sembilan desa memperjuangankan hak-hak nelayan dilaut yang telah dirampas oleh para penambang timah ilegal, Selasa (12/12/2023).
Aksi damai para nelayan dan pencinta alam ini ingin meminta kepada pihak kepolisian menindak tegas aktivitas tambang ilegal yang ada dilaut merekan.
“Kami meminta aktivitas tambang timah ilegal di laut kami harus ditertib dan dibersihkan,” sebut Okta Renaldi korlap dan Mc kegiatan tersebut.
Selanjutnya para nelayan dan pencinta alam menegaskan kenapa saat aksi ini dijaga dengan ketat dan senjata lengkap, tapi kenapa kepada para penambang ilegal seperti dibiarkan dan tutup mata.
“Jangan-jangan sudah dapat Fee jadi aktivitas mereka bisa berjalan mulus. Pidana ada Pi dan dana semua aman-aman saja, tapi ngak ada Pi tinggal tunggu pidananya saja,” tegasnya.
Selanjutnya atas atas inisiasi Kapolresta Pangkalpinang 20 peserta dari perwakilan pendemo diarahkan untuk menyampaikan semua tuntutan mereka kepada pimpinan di Polda Babel.
Ada pun tuntutan dari para pendemo adalah :
1. Menuntut Kapolda Babel untuk menindak tegas mafia tambang dan oknum aparat yang terlibat dalam aktivitas tambang ilegal di wilayah teluk kelabat.
2. Mendesak Kapolda Babel untuk segera membentuk Satgas Khusus yang melibatkan masyarakat terdampak dalam upaya mengusut tuntas mafia tambang ilegal dari hulu ke hilir dan membarantas tambang ilegal di teluk kelabat dalam.
3. Mendesak Kapolda Babel untuk mendirikan posko pengamanan disekitar perairan teluk kelabat dalam.
4. Apabila nota kesepahaman tidak dapat ditindaklajuti dalam kurun wakti 3X24 jam maka kami nelayan yang tergabung dalam Forum nelayan dasa rinding panjang dan sekitarnya ,tidak akan bertanggung jawab jika nanti terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan dikemudian hari. (Yuko)
