PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Setelah sukses dengan program “TELEPON ABANG” RSUD Depati Hamzah kembali melakukan inovasi dalam upaya mewujudkan status kesehatan masyarakat yang optimal dengan meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dasar dengan menyediakan layanan “DOKTER CANTIK” (Daftar Online Kesehatan Terintegrasi Cepat, Akurat, Nyaman, Tulus, Ikhlas dan Kreatif).
Perkembangan digitalisasi saat ini begitu cepat, Dalam perkembangannya teknologi informasi telah merambah semua bidang kehidupan, termasuk bidang kesehatan. Persoalan pelayanan pendaftaran rumah sakit adalah antrian tunggu pendaftaran pasien yang membutuhkan waktu tunggu antrian yang lama, dan menjadi tantangan yang sulit untuk diatasi dalam kegiatan pelayanan publik.
Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut muncul sebuah program yaitu Pendaftaran atau Registrasi Online pada pasien untuk pelayanan di rumah sakit, melalui inovasi pelayanan pendaftaran dalam jaringan (daring) atau online berbasis web atau aplikasi yang dapat diakses handphone yang terkoneksi dengan internet.
Saat ini RSUD Depati Hamzah Kota Pangkalpinang mulai menerapkan sistem pendaftaran online bagi pasien mulai,(………………). Pendaftaran online ini upaya meningkatkan pelayanan poliklinik agar tidak terjadi antrean panjang melalui “DOKTER CANTIK” RSUD Depati Hamzah.
“Alhamdulillah, kami telah menyediakan pendaftaran online di RSUD Depati Hamzah yang kami beri nama DOKTER CANTIK yang memiliki kepanjangan Daftar Online Kesehatan Terintegrasi Cepat, Akurat, Nyaman, Tulus, Ikhlas, dan Kreatif. Program pendaftaran daring atau online ini adalah bentuk dari Aksi Perubahan dalam Pelatihan Kepemimpinan Administrator Angkatan III BKPSDMD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Tahun 2023,” jelas dr. Della Rianadita selaku Direktur RSUD Depati Hamzah sekaligus peserta dalam pelatihan tersebut.

Della juga menambahkan, “Dengan adanya pendaftaran secara online tersebut sangat memudahkan para pasien yang ingin mendaftar antrian tanpa harus datang ke rumah sakit untuk mendapat nomor antri, sehingga pasien yang ingin datang ke rumah sakit dapat memperkirakan waktu tunggu untuk mendapatkan pelayanan dan perawatan medis dan pasien hanya cukup mendaftar melalui website RSUD lalu mengisi data-data yang dibutuhkan dan memilih jadwal kunjungan yang diinginkan,” terangnya.

6. Pasien akan diarahkan ke Poliklinik yang dituju.
