KOBA,PERKARANEWS– 29 November 1971 diketahui sebagai hari lahirnya Korps Pegawai Republik Indonesia (KORPRI). Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) KORPRI ini diperingati oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Bangka Tengah dengan cara mengadakan upacara bendera setiap tahunnya. Seperti halnya kini, upacara dilaksanakan di halaman Kantor Bupati Bangka Tengah, Rabu (29/11/2023) pagi.
KORPRI yang kini telah menginjak usia ke-52 pada tahun 2023 ini, mengusung tema Korprikan Indonesia. Tema tersebut diharapkan agar para anggota Korpri dapat lebih bersemangat dalam bekerja, dan berkontribusi melayani kepentingan publik demi tercapainya pembangunan nasional.
Bertindak sebagai pembina upacara, Algafry Rahman selaku Bupati Bangka Tengah membacakan sambutan tertulis dari Ketua Umum Dewan Pengurus Korpri Nasional, Prof. Dr. Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, S.H, M.H.
Dalam amanat tersebut, diharapkan agar Korpri dapat terus mengimbangi perkembangan teknologi yang ada, serta dapat memenuhi segala harapan masyarakat yang terus meningkat.
Pentingnya KORPRI dalam menerapkan sistem meritokrasi dalam birokrasi juga turut disinggung, guna menjadikan birokrasi di Indonesia semakin baik. Meritokrasi yang dimaksud harus berbasis pada kompetensi, kualifikasi, dan kinerja yang diberlakukan secara adil, wajar, transparan, dan tanpa diskriminasi.
Saat ditemui seusai upacara, Algafry juga turut menyampaikan pesan senada dengan Ketua Umum Dewan Pengurus Korpri Nasional.
“Saat ini dunia memang sudah mengalami banyak perubahan, kemajuan teknologi yang begitu pesat menuntut ASN untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara cepat, tepat, dan lebih akurat. Tentu, langkah-langkah birokrasi dari ASN dituntut sudah harus digital untuk mencapai itu,” ungkap bupati.
Tak lupa juga dirinya kembali mengingatkan para ASN untuk tetap netral dalam menghadapi tahun politik dalam waktu dekat.
“Sekali lagi kita ingatkan, untuk teman-teman ASN, PPPK, dan PKK agar tetap pada posisi netral. Kita harapkan dapat menyukseskan pesta demokrasi ini, semoga lancar, aman dan damai,” tegas orang nomor satu di Bangka Tengah ini.
Diakhir acara, diberikan juga penghargaan dan cendera mata kepada 78 orang PNS yang telah mencapai masa purnabaktinya serta penyerahan trofi dan hadiah kepada para pemenang lomba memperingati HUT ke-52 KORPRI beberapa waktu lalu. (Yuko)
