PANGKALPINANG,PERKARANEWS – Pengurus Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Partai Gerindra Kota Pangkalpinang secara terbuka mendeklarasikan dukungan atau usulan terhadap Prabowo Subianto dan Gibran Rakabuming Raka sebagai bakal pasangan calon presiden dan wakil presiden pada Pemilu 2024.
Hal tersebut disampaikan langsung oleh Ketua DPC Gerindra Kota Pangkalpinang, Bangun Jaya, Rabu (11/10/2023).
“Hari ini kami sampaikan bahwa DPC Gerindra Pangkalpinang memberikan usulan nama yakni Gibran Rakabuming menjadi Bakal Calon Wakil Presiden mendampingi Ketum Gerindra Prabowo Subianto sebagai Bakal Calon Presiden RI 2024 mendatang,” ucapnya.
Hadir dalam deklarasi tersebut, kata dia, pengurus ranting, PAC, dan sayap partai. Semua jajaran pengurus hingga tingkat bawah sudah sepakat untuk mengusulkan Gibran Rakabuming Raka sebagai pasangan Prabowo Subianto maju Pilpres 2024.
Bangun Jaya berharap usulan tersebut menjadi pertimbangan dari DPP Gerindra untuk menggaet Gibran sebagai bakal calon Wakil Presiden.
“Apalagi, bagi kami Gibran mewakili generasi muda karena saat ini hampir mayoritas pemilih merupakan anak muda sehingga ada kombinasi antara Prabowo sebagai sosok yang berpengalaman dalam berpolitik dan Gibran sebagai sosok muda yang dinamis,” tukasnya.
“Kalaupun keputusan MK berbeda sehingga Gibran tidak bisa jadi pasangan, memang masih ada usulan bakal calon lainnya,” pungkasnya. (Yuko)
