Dirinya juga menceritakan, bagaimana program yang ia gagas terbukti efektif menyelesaikan sejumlah permasalahan di Negeri Serumpun Sebalai.
“Dalam melaksanakan program Gule Kabung, kita turun langsung ke desa bahkan menginap di rumah warga dan melibatkan banyak pihak, baik itu unsur pemerintah, pengusaha, maupun masyarakat. Dari sana, banyak hal yang bisa langsung dieksekusi ataupun dicarikan solusi saat itu juga,” terang Pj Gubernur Suganda.
“Ini membuktikan, bahwa permasalahan seperti stunting, inflasi, pengentasan kemiskinan itu bisa cepat ditangani kalau kita mau turun bersama ke masyarakat,” lanjutnya.
Pj Gubernur Suganda menambahkan, program Gule Kabung merupakan upaya pengawasan melekat terhadap pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat. Ia berharap, dengan turunnya unsur Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda) dari jenjang Provinsi, Kabupaten hingga perangkat desa dalam program tersebut, mampu memberikan solusi konkret terhadap percepatan sekaligus pengawasan pelayanan publik.
“Program Gule Kabung ini juga berfungsi sebagai Waskat (Pengawasan Melekat), ya kalau yang turun ke desa itu sudah levelnya Kapolda, tentu pelayanan sampai ke tingkat terbawah sekalipun akan mudah terawasi,” tambahnya.
Ditemui usai talkshow, Pj Gubernur Suganda mengatakan dirinya bersyukur telah membawa bahasa Bangka Belitung, yakni Gule Kabung yang menjadi tajuk program kerjanya itu, dapat dikenal lebih luas di mata nasional, ia berharap, gagasannya dapat menginspirasi siapapun yang ingin menerapkan hal yang sama di luar Kepulauan Babel.
Selain itu, ia juga berpesan terhadap siapapun yang nantinya akan meneruskan kembali estafet kepemimpinan agar dapat melanjutkan program yang telah ia gagas.
Ia berpendapat, pelayanan publik terpadu yang langsung menyentuh kepada masyarakat seperti yang dilakukan dalam program Gule Kabung ini sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat sehingga perlu untuk dilanjutkan dan terus dikembangkan.
“Ini kebanggaan buat masyarakat Kepulauan Babel, bahasa daerah dapat dikenal secara nasional walaupun dalam hal ini merupakan akronim dari sebuah program kerja bersama,” tuturnya.
