Karimun,Perkaranews.com – PT Timah Tbk Unit Kundur menyerahkan bantuan peralatan olahraga panahan kepada Pengurus Pondok Pesantren Tahfiz Quran An-Nur yang terletak di Desa Sungai Ungar Kecamatan Kundur Kabupaten Karimun, Senin (6/03/2024).
Pengasuh sekaligus pengurus Pondok Pesantren Tahfiz Quran An – Nur Ustaz Khairul Umam mengapresiasi bantuan dari PT Timah Tbk kepada mereka.
“Saya mewakili Pengurus dan para santri Tahfiz Quran An- Nur mengucapkan terima kasih kepada PT Timah atas bantuan serta support nya kepada kami,” katanya.
Lebih lanjut Khairul Umam menjelaskan peralatan olahraga panahan ini akan digunakan para Santri dan santriwati yang berjumlah sekitar 50 orang.
Dengan bantuan ini kata dia, para santri yang memiliki hobi atau bakat dalam olahraga panahan dapat menyalurkan serta mengasah keterampilan panahan.
“Saat ini olahraga panahan sudah mulai dikenal masyarakat di Pulau Kundur dan semoga olahraga ini dapat berkembang dengan baik di masyarakat. Karena olahraga panahan salah satu yang disunahkan oleh Rasulullah SAW,selain olahraga renang dan berkuda,” katanya.
Menurutnya, mereka sangat senang mendapatkan bantuan peralatan panahan ini. Selain itu, diharapkan dapat memunculkan bibit atlet panahan.
“Kami merasa senang,semoga dengan bantuan peralatan panahan ini akan muncul bibit bibit atlet panahan dari Pondok Pesantren An-Nur,” ucapnya.
“Kedepan kami akan coba berkoordinasi dengan pengurus panahan yang ada di PT Timah agar dapat mengajarkan ilmu panahannya kepada para santri dan santriwati dengan demikian diharapkan olahraga panahan terus berkembang di Pulau Kundur ini,” tandasnya. (R5/RLS)
